AAA Westland

Wanted to inquire about some policy changes and our agents office is several miles away so we stopped by the Westland AAA office.Sue greeted us, took the time to answerer all our questions and shared some great tips on how to save money. She made all the changes for us and even called the next day to follow up! We would definitely recommend this office.Thank you Sue for such great customer service!!

Extremely unprofessional specially dealing with David Sciriha. They are very late with responses . No email communication . Would not reply to urgent emails in days. Also they cancel insurance without notification. They don’t care about lapse on your insurance record and don’t take responsibility and will not renew your policy to hide their deficits. Rude and unprofessional behavior , they will put you at risk like this and then respond they get busy and can’t communicate with everyone. I didn’t know until I emailed and kept asking them . Response in days . Extremely extremely risky getting insurance from them and dealing with them . I would ask you to avoid them and trouble they can get you in. David Sciriha has been a very huge disappointment .

Great experience, however they did try upsell me for what I wanted. Also they misstated the total cost, I said yes under the assumption I owed $33. And later realized I was paying $53. Apart from that. It was all good.

I’m 60 years old and this was the worst service experience of my life. I called to question my rates. Found out my rates went up because my daughter was in an accident. My daughter is 30 years old and as a result of the accident will loose her nursing career. Holly the girl answering the phone stated my rates went up due to them paying $100,000 out in medical bills. How insensitive can someone be over a client being in a bad accident. Also that should have nothing to do with my rates. Do not do business with these uncaring price gougers.

Never had an issue with this office. Always friendly, very personable. When I've had to leave a message, they've already returned my call in a timely fashion. Would recommend their service.

I cancelled my auto insurance to go to Progressive Auto after having Auto for many, many years. Couldn't afford them anymore. I got same insurance from Progressive for $400 cheaper. Thank you Progressive.

Good service, and Triple AAA has benefits. Love them. That's who I roll with .
