We had a small piece folder down and out. Got a new part in and it didn’t immediately work. Nathan was able to come in and troubleshoot with me and slowly but surely we made progress all the way to a fixed machine. He stuck with us the whole time even with all our contacts not getting back to us. It’s always a pleasure to work with him and I know Nathan will get us a resolution and has amazing communication skills to keep us in the loop when waiting for parts and repairs. Give this man a raise he deserves it!
My experience with Nate and everyone else at AAdvantage has been great. Wes in Parts and Kim with Service at the office are super helpful and informative as well as polite. Nate does an awesome job at getting my machines up and running when I can't figure them out, and he's always sure to clearly explain every part of the process. Thanks for all your staff does. Nathan is an outstanding tech. He is upfront and talks me through all possible issues and things to keep an eye on so I have the information to troubleshoot and give more precise info when sending tickets. He always converses with me before starting his work so he can have the best understanding of the issues and fully breaks down how he solved the problem. This kind of customer service gives me peace of mind knowing that Nathan is the go to for our service calls and that we aren’t going to be left with more problems than we started with.
Nate is the best technician i have ever had come out. He makes sure that my equipment is working properly before leaving. He does a very good job at explaining the situation. All around he is an amazing employee.
Wes in the parts department at my local AAdvantage has been a great help whenever I need parts. Any time I call he is always able to help me order exactly what I need and always lets me know right when my parts arrive so I can come by and pick them up. He’s been a huge help since he first started and has made getting the parts I need way easier.
Jason Napier of aadvantage has been with us every step of the way and continues to play an active and committed role in our business. It was clear from the beginning that Jason wasn't just a sales person. He was really interested in seeing our business model pay off and succeed. He patiently walked us through tons of iterations of store layout and design. He shared his experience and advice throughout the process and was critical to our success considering we had never owned a laundromat before. I LOVE Aadvantage Laundry Systems because Wes Kahler in the parts department has been a dream to work with! He is friendly, respectful, courteous, responsive and cares deeply about the quality of his work. He is very articulate and his calm demeanor and professionalism make reaching out to this company easy and stress free. I was in need of a washer control module that is on back order and Wes was very patient and willing to take the time to search far and wide to try and locate one for me. If we ever have any issues with ordering parts he has always been very honest and worked quickly to remedy through great communication! Located out of Garner North Carolina they are the best !! The team here is top notch when it comes to customer service, laundry products, installations, call outs, new installations and invoicing. The team are all very pleasant, hard working and respectful. They all should be very proud of what they have accomplished.

John Marberry responded to our service call and was very professional and friendly. He was able to temporarily fix the issue with our dryer so we could continue using until a part needed arrived.
