Our cat was able to be seen on the same day as his urgent need. The entire staff shows concern and compassion. The veterinarian was personable, explained all options, and answered all questions. I was particularly surprised and happy to receive a follow-up call from them a few days later to see how our Nugget was doing! Great people!
I have taken both of the young dogs here for nail trimmings, routine exams as well as for vaccinations and every time they have been a wonderful group of people. They are patient with my dogs even go as far as to comfort them when my dogs show hesitation during their exams. It was only recently that I had to go the extra step of having lab testing done for one of the dogs and even this process was treated with care and loving attention not only for my dog but for me as well. As a dog parent I felt just as nervous as my baby but the staff is very understanding and had taken the time to talk me through it. I have not felt any pressure to make decisions and have been provided with any and every form of documents and verbal communication that I've need. I thank the team at Aardvark for there care and support.
Our boys love their vet. Well when they first walk in they are nervous but they warm up to everyone quickly. We have seen almost every vet in there for their normal check ups, allergies and what not. Everyone in there is great and they love our boys as much as we do.
Aardvark Animal Hospital is wonderful! My dog Tubby has had very attentive care and the staff is very willing to help. His boarding experiences were also very good. Aardvark is the only place I would take my special dog.
I was in a funny position taking care of my brother's dog which is in need of grooming. I had no history on the dog. I had to basically start from scratch. Getting a same day appointment was hard but Aardvark Animal hospital got me in. Very clean and neat environment and reasonable pricing. They definitely earned my respect and Buisness.
This is the best place to take you pets! They love them like you do and I have had multiple emergencies where they have been able to work with me and help me. They have worked in my dog and my cat at different times of their emergencies and if they hadn't, I don't think either one of my pets would have made it. I'm so thankful for the entire staff. They have their own lab and digital X-ray machines there to quickly diagnose my pet with a blocked urethra and able to do the surgery. My beloved cat was able to come home that day! I'm sooo grateful to them! I highly recommend Aardvark Veterinarian clinic to everyone!
Update: we switched both dogs here and we love Aardvark! My pups just got back from boarding too. The staff was so thorough in giving a progress report of their stay. I’m glad my girls were well behaved! We will definitely continue to use Aardvark’s services. Aardvark is not my regular vet but I was in a bind when I brought my dog home from surgery at another facility and realized I absolutely needed a “cone of shame” for her. I called Aardvark and they were willing to sell me a cone right before closing time. I really appreciated it and may see them as my regular vet sometime in the future. It’s a hard decision because my usual vet is great too! I do know that I will recommend Aardvark to my neighbors in the Cleveland area.
Everyone is friendly and professional. We're always impressed with the level of expertise and bedside manner the staff have, and they give their all every single visit.
My cat had a surgery at this hospital yesterday. Service was great, staff is very friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and there was no wait time when I arrived.
It was our first visit with aardvark and my first visit to a vet I didn’t work out since I’ve switched my career and I was highly impressed. I’m usually always there for shots for my dogs or have administered them at the vets I’ve worked at so I was apprehensive switching to a new vet. I am a former Assistant manager of a pet boarding facility, Kennel tech and Kennel tech manager and Aardvark did a great job with my pets. The vet we had was amazing, the tech we had was amazing as well. My tan dog Zoie is a scared little baby since covid halted her socialization and we’ve started back on it but she’s still apprehensive especially around vets. But they treated her so so well. Not pushy in anyway, very through, and very kind to us as pet parents as well. My other dog moose is an abuse case dog and for him to be able to be so comfortable to lay on the floor was awesome to see. We will be back this summer for another visit, we are VERY happy with Aardvark! Zoie and Moose’s PAWrents :
