We've called multiple times over the last week and been told over and over again we would get a call back to let us know if they had a washer and dryer available. We were told one day they had a matching used set we could get, and in the time it took to get a call back which we never did, we actually called back over and over again u til we could get our sales person on the phone it had been sold to someone else. We went into the store finally to find out what our options were only to be ignored while we sat there and waited. We finally just left and bought a set somewhere else.
Dawn was incredibly helpful! She gaves us a great price and we were able to get my hubby a new chair, same day. We tried their new kiosk for financing, and were approved in less then 5 minutes. It was fast and easy. We didn't use the financing, but it was a great fall back in case hubby had liked something more expensive. Thank you Dawn for making the process seemless and fun. Ask for Dawn if you go in. She'll treat you right and she's not pushy.
I have ordered a few items from Aaron's and have been treated great. The young men are so helpful when they delivered my stuff. They even took the time to show me how to use my tv. They are way better than rent a center by far. Will go to Aaron's from now on never again to rent a center. Thanks Aaron's. Hector treats people like they are suppose to be treated. Way to go Hector.
My mother is disabled and on a fixed income and they gave her a chair infested with bed bugs and they said they can't do anything about it are you serious how dare you take advantage of someone this just makes me so sick and so very mad! What a disgrace this place is.
They were professional and helpful. We went in looking for a couple of laptops and left with 2 laptops. Very satisfied with the information they had and the service they provided. Update- have my payments set up for auto withdraw for the 15th of the month. For some reason they withdrew my payment a whole week early which I was not expecting or planning for and now my other bills can't get paid. Called to find out why they took the money early and shocker the GM was on lunch break at 3pm on Friday today. Person who answered the phone said they would have the manager call back when they came back from lunch. Never happened. So if you have auto withdrawls watch your bank account or you may get surprised when they take your money early. Very disappointed with this company now.
I had a great experience in the store, but when it came to deliver what I had ordered I don't really feel my time was respected. I scheduled to get it delivered before 12 because that's what the lady said she had available. I chose that specifically because I work night shift and I could sleep after they had came and set everything up. I stayed up till past 12 waiting on them and they never showed up and never even gave me a call to explain the situation. That in itself would have been very appreciative as I could have actually slept a little and got up when they were able to deliver. It wouldn't have been a problem. The lack of communication and concern for my time definitely turns me away from wanting to get anything else at that specific store in the future. I didn't even get an apology or feel for concern whatsoever from the delivery guys.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because I can't give zero. We went into the store and stood there for about 20 min with the clerk just starting at us. Did not offer any help at all. We finally had to go to her. We filled out the paperwork about half an hour before closing. She told us she way busy she was not she was eating and asked if we could co.e back Monday. I said no. While we were waiting for no help. At least 3 other couples came in could not get help and left. This is the worst experience we've ever had there. We will never rent from Aarons ever again and I'm sure the 3 couples that left won't either. I don't know the girls name because she would not tell us after she saw we were unhappy. She needs to be fired. She doesn't care about the store, the customers or making money for the company. As long as she works there I'll never go there again. We were completely disrespected.
Charged my account twice for 1 payment and refuse to refund the money. Manager, Assistant Manager, Online Chat and submitting help request online got me no where. No Customer Service available to paying customers. No wonder Sunnyside closed. And when they delivered the girl they sent could not lift the washer or dryer so my husband had to unload it and get it downstairs himself.
Update 8/28/17. Since this is the only place I have ever been able to get something resembling a response from your company, I will try here again. I currently have teonopen complaints HSC0104744 HSC 101578. I have tried over two dozen times to call as well as some emails in an attempt to get my issue of ownership resolved. I have yet to get a response from anybody at all in your co money besides the one listed below. I have paid my money, all I request is my paperwork that proves I own it now. I would greatly appreciate if anyone at all would at least make an attempt at contacting me. If I am not contacted by the end of business on 9-1-17 I will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB. I will also keep attempting to contact corporate and the store during this time. As of now, when I attempt to contact corporate I get a voicemail telling me that you are closed even though it is during your normal business hours. I have also tried leaving messages there as well. We purchased a living room set through Aarons. It was beneficial becasuse we didn't have much money at the time and the payments were affordable. When we received the new furniture, It had minor damage. After about a week of trying to get in touch with someone that could do something, the sales rep finally said he would knock two weeks off of the end of our term. He wouldn't give me anything in writing but said that he would notate our account. Fast forward two years of making every payment on time, we come to find out that he did make a note, but only for knocking one payment off. Fair enough, We made the final payment and to date have been tryijng to get our final sale and ownership papers for over a month now. Have made about 8 phone calls and two trips to the store with varying responses about mailing out the paperwork or it being available "next week when corporate can do it's. Still not resolved. The furniture was decent. Certainly not worth the total amount paid but that was to be expected when doing a deal like this.
Apparently others are more important than another paying customer, wasn't even given a chance to ask a couple questions. I was just told info I already knew. Pathetic.
