Aaron's in Graham

Lease a lawnmower for about 3 months until my financial changed so it had to be return. The Manger Shawn at Graham, was execllent helping me in the process of returning. Even when the payment was made he was quick to get it refunded return to my account. If your need something this is the store to shop at.

First off I had to help carry my Queen size pillow top mattress upstairs because they only sent one guy to do it. I currently have covid so a friend was going to get me meds and my card declined, got onto my account to see that Aaron's had auto drafted a payment from my account that I had already paid. When I called about it I was told It was a new company policy that the payment is auto drafted out if I don't make my payment 7 days before the due date and that when I make my payment I need to make sure I notify them again while I'm making said payment so they can take the auto draft off. I never agreed for my account to be auto drafted in the first place nor gave any permission for it to be nor was I notified of this so called policy change. When I told the lady this was bad business and wasn't going to go over well with customers she told me "it worked pretty good for us so far" I will be returning my purchase as soon as I'm no longer under quarantine.

Manager was not warm. Inconsistent mask requirements for a small town. Manager did not return multiple calls as promised.
