I have had a positive experience with Aarons and have had some very good products, however, I had to help my roommate because for some odd reason Aarons keeps doubling his payment. Until today they did make the effort to fix the issue, however, my roommate just told me he is now over 200.00 overdrawn because of this mistake. He is no longer happy with Aarons.
As you get close to paying off things they start being difficult. I called today and ask to speak to the manager Shelley. Brandy said she was busy. She didn’t offer to take a message but wanted to help. I told her maybe. My account is somewhat different. We are on a fixed income and get paid on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday. I always have to talk to Shelley to straighten my account. I don’t like much paying off and now I have problems. I’m really upset.
Terrible experience, paid cash for a tablet that didnt work properly it was sold to me without a box or any owners manual. Anyway i went to return it, had to wait over two days, then finally i was able to return it thr workers at the store made me sit around for over 30 mins and wait for general manager approval.....will update as soon as im finished here Update. Tried no deny my return! Said the product has to be defective or broken or they wont honor it! Love to have access to an offical return policy. Anyways i demanded they honor the return and after a loud back an forth they finally relented. I will never, ever do business with aarons again!
We’ve been renting to own from Aaron’s for awhile and have only been late on a payment twice. Shelly is a very nice lady to deal with but the guy who calls when your late is by far one of the rudest and sorriest person we’ve ever encountered!! We will finish out our payments on our washer and dryer but because of the way he has treated us on two occasions now we will never use Aarons again! I would give a name but when I tried to call back and get a name they acted like they didn’t know who I was talking about.
Have been with this Arron's in Mt. Pleasant for years. They are some of the most amazing people I have ever been blessed to do business with they are family to me. I wish every store had the customer service that they show people, they are so kind they explain things to you so you understand, if you have questions they anwser them & not get mean & upset. Even when they're so busy they acknowledge you walking in the door with a smile. If there's a problem they will fix it. The store is ALWAYS clean & looks nice, I shop there rather than anywhere because of that service & I can trust them that the merchandise I get will be worth every penny, I recommend this store to everyone. Bought a brand new samsung refrigerator and they wouldn't set it up upon arrival. Had to bring it in the house myself. After the first day, it kept chiming. I called about it and was told someone would be out to look at it. After a day of no show, i i called again only to be told there was no record of me calling nor a work order put in. I asked again and i was given the number to their service people. I called they had no work order either. They contacted aarons for a work order and after another day, an order still never reached the repair center. The next day the entire fridge and freezer went completely out. Food was thawed. Called Aaron's on a monday and was told someone eill be out wednesday. Told them my food is ruining already. Service center then called and said they can't come until thursday. I told them nevermind because i had called Aaron's to come get it out of my house and i will no longer do business with them. I sat it outside and it took them two fays to come get it. I already had bought another new one fron another furniture store that works great. I'm done with mt. Pleasant Aaron's. No stars for them.
We are currently paying on a Samsung washer and dryer. We have done 100s of loads, no problems yet Aaron's also has great customer service that work with ya, and I respect that.
They expect on time payments, but when there devices mess up they take over 2 months to fix the problem... Their Tv messed up took too long to get feedback from them so they swaped my tv not even a week with that one and it won't come on!
Don't lease from Aaron's. You get screwed over. They never send you any bills with amounts you owe. They have terrible custermer severice and accuse you of signing documents you never did.
The lady with the dinosaur tattoo is one of the rudest people i have ever had to deal with! i won’t be coming back.
