They are so rude; I wouldn’t do any business with this people; if they can’t deal with customers they are in the wrong job. I called because they been charging a card when I told them not to, causing me problems; the front desk “lady” was rude and said her name was Aarons’s; I don’t think manager cares enough because I see in past reviews the same issue.

Went there to check out a washer with my son. The service was not friendly and did not get asked if there was anything else needed or anything. They stood up at the counter talking to each other regardless of whether we needed more help or if we were going to buy/rent a washer or not. Could have been better service.

I have been dealing with Aaron for over 20 years Zach and Kevin are the best managers there is they go out of their way to please you Aaron is the best on customer service the whole gang always smile on their faces I will keep going to aarons

First off let me start by saying I have made consistent payments to Aaron's for a long time. I'm 82% into ownership on my washer and dryer. Renting from Aaron's has been anything but pleasant. They have horrible customer service, when something on the washer or dryer breaks it's up to me to fix it or it will never get repaired, if I'm 1 month behind on my $98 payments they are callin me all day everyday, stalking my house, sitting out front, banging on my front door like the police at 10 in the morning waking everybody up and leaving threatening notes on my door telling me if i don't pay them they want their merchandise back. I'm a father of 4 and sometimes I'm late on a payment but I always pay my dues and for their staff to act and behave in the manner that they do is shameful. I understand they are a business and need their payments but they take it to an entire new level and become disrespectful. I would never recommend renting from this company. They are horribly unkind and extremely unprofessional and their merchandise is sub par if that. There are much better companies than this.

Ty is the best! Great customer service from everyone in this store!!! Have bought and paid for 12 different items from the store and they all lasted the full warranty and more. Will go back if needed.

We like to check out damaged/Used items that you can rent or buy out right. We prefer to buy.

Terrible service and employees and manager lied to not deliver the item... over people like this

Very professional management and staff. I've been renting from Aaron's in Jeffersonville for years and never had problems. If you're going to be late on a payment call and let them know and they work with you in anyway they can. Thank you Aaron's for always helping me out

Nice and polite workers and know how to do their jobs

My rent payment due on Thanksgiving and I was one day late and they were calling and leaving notes on my door. I tried to call to pay but no answer. Don't recommend you buy from them they sell cheap products our couch is already breaking down and it's not even payed off yet. I'm not at all pleased
