They are very rude and disrespectful. They just take whatever amount of money they feel is okay out of your bank account at any time no matter what payment arrangements you make with them. I can't wait to pay off my stuff with them and be done with this company.

This company straight up harasses you if you’re late on a payment. Will come every single day of the week, and bang on the door and call multiple times. Even after discussing it with the store that he took a pay cut, and still is managing to make payments, they continually harass people. Will be looking towards submitting a complaint for harassment with a federal agency here soon if the harassment does not stop.

Got something as a gift. Was amazing n with short notice well have it delivered before Christmas. 5 stars isn't enough for your Saginaw team

Jim was very helpful not only when I called to see if they had the item I was wantin but even more helpful when I came into the store to sign the agreement and take home the item when I left. I would definitely recommend this place to others and especially ask for Jim at the Bay road location in Saginaw Michigan

You're better off saving your money, and waiting until you have enough to buy new stuff from an actual store. I've made $1,690 in payments towards a cheap set of washer and dryer with an MSRP of $1,200, in which I can now buy the set from American Freight for $900. In order to do a buyout they want me to give them an additional $500 to make my grand total $2,190. If that's not taking advantage of people I don't know what is.

Had dryer delivered. Wouldn't turn on. Should have ran then. General manager was great and talked me into staying and got me a different dryer. 2 months later it starts squeaking so i made a service apt. for 9/9...they show up agree it needs service... bring in a loner...they strip the screw on the cord. Send out a different guy to see what he could do....couldn't get it fixed. Both service guys great by the way. They say they Will be back the following day...no problem...anytime after 3 left both dryers. 6pm the following day still no repair guys. We call and get told we tried to call....but they left no message. I don't answer a number i don't know. Store manager brad says we had 7 deliveries and you didn't answer. Not my problem that's your business. Your suppose to do that. I had an appointment. Never again. They Will pick up at the end of the month.

Went to go in to pay my bill receptionist said I had an attitude when I didn't because they were running my card without my permission I told her I wanted it removed I go to pay my bill she tells me my full bill is due I told her I only had $90 for her she told me to lose the attitude and I said you know what I'll just pay it online I'd rather deal with robots then some ignorant short little blonde lady
