We had a delivery for there store, the unloader did not want to move his car, was super unprofessional, and did want to stop the flow of traffic to help him back into a space where trucks should not go. Hire better employees not ghetto ones that don’t like there jobs!!
This place had the perfect couch that we were looking for, at a great price too! They offer special financing for those who qualify. The in store selection isn’t very big, and they thought the couch we had our eye on was on back order, but we secured one! And we had to postpone delivery because of some scheduling issues on our end, but the staff was always happy to help.
They help you get the exact furniture you want at the best rates possible, and they work with you on payments if you have any problems at all. Overall, I have had the best experience with this establishment, As well as the most comfortable experience with the people working at this establishment
Bad experience charge like 3x the amount ur supposed to pay they take random payment and don't go to ur payments plus they send me a gas dryer and payed full for it and I asked for a electric one so had to re order and pay for it so if any one need a gas dryer I have one for sale
I bought a couch from Aaron’s and they were heavily trying to get me to finance it so I did. Then, 2 weeks after our couch got here, we realized it had definitely been used and on the live seat, the back part of it, is about to fall off completely. They lied to us about the warranty saying “we cover everything that happens to the couch.” So I called and they told me “we only cover manufacturing defects. Sorry”. Cant wait to pay the remaining $200 left on the account so I never have to go into their store again.
I was there recently and I was greeted by such a friendly face and a lovely smile by Miss. Athina. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and just a positive attitude. Her customer service goes unnoticed. I wish everyone had the same attitude and personality as Miss Athina. Thank you Miss Athina for giving me such a pleasant and warm experience. I’ll definitely be back. P.A.S.
The staff here are very rude the manager Sergio is very extremely demeaning and rude. They pulled money out of my account without authorization and while I called mutipul to get help I was placed on hold, told they would call back and childish games were played such as "what's your name yea uh huh I was talking to someone else so whats your name".. I cant wait for my items to be paid off so I never have to deal with the immature staff here at this location. Your better off making a purchase anywhere else besides this location
I have been a customer of Aaron's 4 a long time. All the people I have dealt with there t all very friendly and nice. And if I have had any problems they have gone out of there way 2 fix the problems. I have personally told people 2 go 2 Aaron's. I will definitely b a repeat customer
hello i like to share that i love all the things you all have in the store. my visit with the people that work there are so awesome and friendly. i have send friends of mine in and they have walked out with something new. i will send more friends when you have new stuff ever time. thank for have your store in porterville.
