Vincent and Ramee were a big help with installing a washer machine. They handled the washer installation with ease. I am pleased with the job they did and when they saw that our tubes that were previously installed weren’t good they replaced them with new ones. I am glad that they came out and helped. Their customer service was excellent as well.
Kenyetta Gross, General Manager; one word...phenomenal! We needed a dryer, came in found the one we needed and Kenyetta made sure it would be delivered the same day! In fact when I left the store the driver followed behind us! The whole process from checking out the inventory to delivery & install took less than an hour! Fantastic service, Ms. Gross took the time to assure me that we could work something out that would be best for us and did she! I will be updated this review after we pay off our dryer 4 mths from now to let you folks know how everything as gone since today. Don't even know why I even bothered with Rent-A-Center first, just should have gone to Aaron's from jump! Thank Kenyetta and staff, I look forward to working with you folks. I see a new stove/oven on the list in the very near future! Now back to catching up on our mountain of laundry!

Irvin and Vincent did an amazing job. They are always kind and respectful. Our bedroom set is beautiful. They set it up and everything. Irvin and Vincent definitely deserve a raise for all of their hardwork. They made me feel like a valued customer and provide a red carpet experience.
Magdalena was very nice and professional on the phone when setting up my delivery. Vincent and Irvin did an phenomenal job delivering my bedroom set. They really went above and beyond. It was a lot of hard work. I am very pleased with the service. I will be telling all of my friends and family about Aaron’s in Coatesville.
Magdalena assisted me with the purchase of my mattress and bed frame. She was very kind and knowledgeable of the product. Irvin delivered it and set it up for me. Vincent kept me on track with all of my payments. He was very polite and professional over the phone. I really love my mattress. It is very comfortable. It feels good to finally own it. I will definitely be returning as a customer in the near future.
Irvin and Vincent delivered my living room set. They were very professional, kind and on time. I'm so happy that got it to fit in my living room. It looks so beautiful. You guys are the absolute best. I'm very grateful for all of your hard work and dedication. Vincent was very helpful with fixing my bed frame. He took his time and it is well put together. I really appreciate him for coming out in a hurry to resolve my problem. Aaron's in Coatesville always takes care of me and I really appreciate each and every employee that works there.
Magdalena is completely awesome. I came in to get a dryer and she set up same day delivery for me. She was kind and greeted us with a smile. Vincent and Irvin delivered my dryer. They were very nice and professional as they always are. I'm very pleased with Aaron's in coatesville. They are an absolute blessing.
