The man I spoke with about paying my payment 2 days late was very rude and forceful wen speaking with him. I was also told my payment would be 40$ more wen I paid. I make my payment in the app 2 days later and the payment was only 10$ more. I feel like he was trying to force me to make my payment on the due date by stating my payment would be so much more for just 2 days after due date. But if you just use the app to pay they are a great company and service to use.
The people who work here as very nice and friendly. Love the selection of affordable furniture they have. The living room set I picked is amazing I love it. Also the guys who deliver as great :

Great place when you can't pay full price, or your credit is shot, etc. Staff is friendly, place is clean. If anything breaks under normal warranty meaning not taking care of it/ yourself ,or house comers damaging don't count. they come fix it, or if they damage they fix it. Never had one rude word from them. Never heard any problems that they couldn't come out, help.
I wanted to say thank you so much for the great effort that was put forth on getting the situation handled with my laundry center. Ron did a great job and I am so pleased. The delivery guys were very polite and prompt. I would 100% recommend you to friends and family.
Ive been a customer for 10 years, I have bought many different items from Aaron's and have really never had much of a problem! They have great customer service! And nice and helpful employees at every Aaron's store ive been too and I have bought from 3 different stores in the last 10 years!!! Keep up the good work, and Thank You!!!
Great shopping! The new manager is awesome. I found a great "NEW" refrigerator and I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for delivery.
Aaron's has been my go to for a few years now and I have never been disappointed in my merchandise or the staff. Thank you Aaron's and shout out to Dimitri at your Barberton location.
I've been a customer of Aarons Barberton store since 2009. They are always kind and helpful. My favorite employee at the store is Demitry Jones! He's awesome! Aaron's over RCA any day!
Im not very happy with Aarons. I was supposed to have a bed delivered today and never gotten it but the run around. I've waited since 3pm to have it delivered and it is going on 7:30pm. The store closes at 7pm. Definitely calling and getting my money back and going somewhere else.
