Quality products good customer service and good deals if you can afford to buy stuff out right very lenient recommended to work with him

Had GREAT customer service for years, but in the last 6 months that has changed drastically. Here I sit, for the 3rd time waiting for them to come swap out my broken washer, which we've only had a month..they were suppose to be here at 4p..it's now after 6..they close at 7, and no one is answering the phone at the store. First time they were scheduled out, I was told I would be their first delivery of the day, "first thing in the morning" on a Saturday. At 3p no one had showed up or called..no one would answer the phone at the store... 2nd time I said call me when you head my way and I will meet you there...NOTHING!!! No phone call to reschedule or anything. Now they want their monthly payment...and they are STILL a no show!!

The store was really nice and clean , not at all what I expected from a rental store like this. The staff was very helpful and made the experience great! I didn't purchase anything that day but , I did become a customer at another location. Thanks for the hospitality!

Im no longer a fan of the new management. The old manager I think his name was Rich was the only person we would deal with. The new management is rude stuck up and talk to you like you have no worth as a person. I'll no longer being using them when looking for new household items.

Love the manager Rich at the Goshen store. He always worked with me even when he probably shouldnt have. I will always go through them and mainly him. Im not as fond of the other people.

Just paid off a 40 inch phillips tv and a ps3. Payoff was over 2500. Never again. I guess it's a good alternative if u don't have 300 to spend. But 2500 is ridiculous. I could see mabe 1000.

Needed a new laptop for school, called ahead, come to find out they had a deal on the item I requested and by the time I arrived my item was ready to go! Customer service was excellent and I walked away a very happy customer.

Very expensive and if late the prices go up take me almost 3 years to pay even with late payments a recommended Renta center when a buy electronics take one Year or months

A total disappointment...was tryin to do somethin special for my wife and they totally ruined it with the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere..then they tried to blame me for the damage to my furniture..hello I'm not the delivery guys..I wouldn't even give it a 1 star..

I think its a bad idea. Cash price 1500 and total price after 2 years is 2600? Not paying 2600 for a TV and a playstation. No thanks
