i have dealt with aarons for 4 -5 yrs They are GREAT customer service is outstnding they will work with you through any difficult situations that may come up i would recommend AARONS do Not go anywhere else you will never be dissappointed
An update to my review. They took care of the issue which is awesome. Giving 4 stars still, just because there was a miscommunication issue before. They're not a bad place to get furniture from. Everything works and lasts a really long timegot my mom a dryer from there back in 2007 and it just recently stopped working, so really good quality Another update. I took a chance on a deal they had, and got a gaming computer from them. I got it, and on initial startup, I got the blue screen of death. They let me exchange it for another one, and it works perfectly! This site knows how to handle customer service!
Yall have a girl name Lisa I called 2 times and was ask to talk to someone else ask not to be put in hold and again was on hold 15 mins then Noone came back to phone hung up this is Amy elder not josephfleming don't know why phones comes up as him we are not even together nomore but yall need to teach workers to talk to people not hold all time
I love Arron's good people friendly they work with u I only have 1 complaint still waiting for something to come in it's due time for it really
This is a great place to go to! If you need any living room furniture or new appliances but don’t have the cash to go to Home Depot or somewhere like that right away they will work with you on monthly payments to get any merchandise you need for the house right away with an affordable monthly payment. Go to them to get necessary things for your new home or apartment! They are awesome! Ask for Bernie the sales manager he will find you what you need within your monthly budget and get you the best deals of anyone in the store.
Aaron's is Aaron's. They provide a service and a convenience of hassle free leasing to own for those that may not have the best credit and cant afford to purchase at full price. If thats not you, shop elsewhere cuz its way overpriced. Have always received great customer service.
I was happy with the experience I was having with Aaron’s until my delivery date came along and there truck broke down. It’s not the truck breaking down that upsets me. It’s the fact they didn’t call me to tell me it did. I would’ve been waiting for hours at home when I had other things to do. A courtesy call would’ve been nice. I’m happy I called though.
THE BEST PLACE TO RENT WHATEVER YOU MAY NEED,AND THEY ARE PRICED FAR LESS THEN ANY OTHER RENT TO OWN PLACE AROUND FRANKLIN,OIL CITY OR SENECA AN YOUR NOT PAYING $2500.00 DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING THATS RETAIL IS $500.SO FOR THE BEST PRICES AND SHORTEST TERMS TO OWN IT GO HERE YA WONT REGRET IT AND YOU WONT GET SOMETHING THAT WAS OWNED BY 5 OTHER FAMILY'S BEFORE YOU,ITS MOSTLY NEW STUFF UNLESS YOU WANT PRE OWNED BUT EITHER WAY THE MERCHANDISE IS SOOO MUCH BETTER THEN THE COMPETITORS...
The salesperson was wonderful! The delivery guys were extremely polite Kylie, our black cat, loved them! I love my new fridge, too!
I had 5 stars originally. I’ve recently realized how awful this company is! I used to love this job! But the longer I work here the more I HATE this place. I will never ever work for another company like this again! Terrible company maybe not for customers but for employees it’s terrible. They don’t care About you as an employeee they only care about their numbers. I don’t suggest any one get a job here! I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst Enemy.
