I've bought multiple items from this Aaron's. We have always had a good experience. If ant item needed a fix, they were fast to get it fixed as well as understanding. I've never really had a problem.
I have not received any sort of Aaron's trip for almost a year now. I do however owe money for a table that I bought for my family years back that had to be placed into an unpaid storage unit. I hope someone didn't get it possibly and pawn it off

Use to love this store and it's service. But they are doing this new thing about 6 months ago had to return what I was renting and today now that I'm in a better place thought I might go in and rent couch and love seat. Because I do love their service and peace of mind pay. But I was shocked to learn in order to rent from them again I had to pay off old agreement that was behind. And reason for it being behind is on numerous occasions I ask them to pick it up and refused to do so. Which in turn put account over due. So yea they wont get my business and I use to tell people go to aarons they are the best at rent to own. No not the case anymore.....good luck if that's your new policy. The reason why people rent is so they have the comfort to know if they do get in a jam they are able to return product without hassle and maybe one day rent again.
I bought a flat screen tv on rent to own, now it has a circuit problem which means it has to be taken to Arrons for repair. Not happy cheap tv only 2 years old.
I have rented from Aaron's for over 15 years. I have paid just about everything I had off, but if it's an emergency and I need something they always have my back. I will never rent from another rent to place. The staff is courteous, respectful, listens to what you want and are very nice. The delivery staff are awesome also!
The employees here are complete jerks, especially Javon who works. Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from here.
I inquired about a couch with recliners and cup holders, they didn't have any to rent. The salesperson was reluctant to show me what they had for cash and carry. I ended up purchasing the $200 cash and carry living room set for $2200 off of the new price. I am extremely satisfied
Great prices. Went to one of the competitors first... was absolutely shocked by the difference. Store was clean and the sales associates were more than helpful. Waited to have the items delivered before leaving this review. They delivered my stuff early in the middle of a snow storm and didnt complain once. I can even get that from a pizza delivery driver little alone from two guys that not only had to deliver it but set it up. I most definitely will be back to this place. They made me feel like i was the only person that was their and that my time was important to them. The coffee was a delicious touch and a nice pick me up. Just went back today for one of the used blu-ray players for only $25. It was a great experience and i will be sure to tell my friends about it. Thanks again. 02/14/2020 - update Keep your contacts folks. I have now been charged for a 13th month on a 12 month contract. I even received a call from them offering me a discount on a new agreement because my current one has ended. It seems the person doing the billing and the ones doing the sales are on a totally diffrent page. For the length of this one year contract I have been over charged twice, which the refunded only after I came to the store, and now I am being charged past the agreed dates. This now causes me to enter the store again to remedy the problem. I feel as if it is a ploy to get you in the store to buy more. Will change back to a 5 star depending on the outcom .
