Awful experience every dime I spend here seems to dissappear and I owe more and more each month they say money is returned back to me and lock my account to force me to pay that ammount and then expect more out of me like I want to pay over 500 dollars in one week who the hell can afford that at first everything was perfect payments were cheap and easy now it's just high end robery and people who act like they do nothing wrong and blame you
The main woman my husband and I been working with I'm horrible with names has been extremely awesome and helpful
Terrible experience especially in returning the items cause we were moving. My biggest issue is the very unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service from the General Manager. Called on Saturday May 14th to schedule a pick up but the female representative stated they had no drivers and asked if I could return the items myself. She also stated since I was ending the contract there would be no pay due. When I arrived on Thursday afternoon May 19th, the female representative asked for a payment of $90.00 which I refused to pay and I tried to explain what I was told but immediately the General Manager engaged into the conversation with a loud strong attitude and refused to accept the items and help to unload. I advised him they would be on his sidewalk by the door. As we left, he steps out n flips me off and I rolled my window down and yelled there’s your stuff. From the start of purchasing the washer and dryer then under different management it was a disaster, I was sold a used washing machine that had problems which I reported but nothing was ever done but it was all about getting your money surely not providing a positive customer service. If I could give a zero I would but that’s for the General Manager who showed his true colors…a zero. Take your money elsewhere surely not this Aaron’s!
Everything was good, I had gotten my son a set of bunk beds. Well he decided he didn't want them anymore, and I called them and said not a problem they could come by and pick up the bunk beds....it has been over a month and the bunk beds are still here. Every time I call them I tell them that I'm home until 4pm every single day. Then after 4pm I leave for work. This is the second time I have came home to a note on my door saying they have been here!!! And that I need to call them and set up an appointment. I'm getting real tired of this...i have worked around the schedule I gave them for over a month now for doctors appointment I'm pregnant with twins,and have many of them but none never before 4pm, shopping, and other things. But like I said I'm tired of this game!! I'm never going here again!!! It's just unbelievable they can't show up any of the 6 days of the week before 4pm, only after 4. Update called first thing in the morning they said they would be here before 4, never showed up. My son would really like for me to put up his new bed so he can sleep in his room, but I can't because they want come and get the bunk beds!!!!!
I have rented from them several times. Awesome people who go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied! It's 9:18 pm and they are just leaving from my latest delivery. They made sure everything from the appliances to the plug ins were working properly! You can't go wrong renting from them. Prefer them over RAC!!!!! Give them a call and see what they can do for you!
Will never do business with this company again. We were lied to from the start. Should have walked away the minute they wouldn't honor their own promotion. Just going to go buy furniture outright at Grands or Ashley furniture. Edit again: We received damaged furniture and everything was supposed to be brand new. We reported the issue right away. Waited three days for a phone call and never got one so we had to call back. We were told that they would order new pieces for us. Still waiting and we discovered more issues. Having this furniture picked up and taking my business somewhere else. Edit: The store manager took care of everything and apologized for the issue. I understand stand things happen and glad the issue was taken care of so quick! We came in and got a bedroom and living room set. Delivery was scheduled for today 11/8 at 10:30. An hour later my boyfriend calls and we were told the issue which we were fine with. Delivery was now set for 3-7 and no one showed up so we called again. They said the driver called only call we got rang 1 and a half times and then they hung up. Now it will be who knows how long till we get our furniture. I'm thinking we just need to get our money back and go elsewhere.
I rented a couch and it tore less than a m after getting it. I told them about it. It took another month before they had it fixed. Less than two weeks later it started ripping again. I told them again. We will have it fixed. That has been seven months ago now. I was promised two new pieces for the two that was ripped but that didn't happen either. I am very dissatisfied with Aaron's.
I wouldn't use your card if paying! I made that mistake once because I had a collapsed lung & had no choice, well Doug who says he's owns the business has been running my card without permission now for the 4th time & when I called & told him he's a thief & I didn't give permission for him to do so he said "Oh but there's no one here to say you didn't call & give permission" he also said he keeps the numbers of everyone who uses their cards & runs them if he wants too. Very unethical, then he proceeds to tell me I'm lazy & I stole money from his pocket because I was 5 days late with my payment had pneumonia so I wouldn't use them again for anything! Also, if you get furniture they will not take it back he said its his policy he doesn't take furniture back... So go to Marion or a RAC or something but not these guys! Oh yea they also threatened to charge me with stealing because I moved & they went to my old address, I had to show my paperwork where THEY moved the furniture because I followed their guidelines. They're crooked at least when I got sick I called & told them they'd have to come get the items so I didn't get behind however that's when he said he didn't take furniture back. Save your money & buy something nice... I wish I had.

Absolute phone harassment when going here. Don't give them any phone numbers. They call you 2 days before your due and don't let up no matter what you tell them. They act like a bunch of kids playing on the phone calling people for the hell of it and you don't even have to be due. And never get anything used if it don't work they don't want to correct it, but they want you to pay for it. And in my case it was full of dead cockroaches as well. I won't be doing business here again. The phone calls are just too much.
