They don’t even deserve 1 star. Tv from the broke and they wouldn’t work with us. They expect payments to be made for something that can’t be used.

I give three stars only because of bill who is a saint. My delivery is 5 hours late, and an hour ago I was told he was 7 miles away. Is he walking? I wonder if my payment was as late as my service if Aaron’s would be so forgiving? Doubt I’ll see my couch tonight. Good thing I made my husband stay home to help

Bill is excellent. I missed my delivery because I was in the middle of changing my son and he called them to come back. Unfortunately the delivery men weren't as nice and refused to help me move any of my bedroom furniture out of the way so now my entire bedroom set is still in boxes and not set up. My fiance now when he gets in at 6pm will have to work to set up all the furniture and move our old stuff into the kids bedroom. Bill had told me not to worry about moving anything the delivery guys would do it and they didn't. They set up my daughters bed and left all my 7 piece bedroom set to be set up by myself.

I wanted a washer dryer and they said it would be delivered but I had to find someone to get it into the house and install it I had nobody to do that so cancelled it. They proceeded to deduct a payment of $158.99 from my account after the fact that it was cancelled and never recieved appliances. I called 3 times to have my $ returned and still hasn't been returned!!; Money was deducted April 30th today is May 12. Is this how businesses are run anymore??! Thanks for nothing ! Josita Steward

There is a Spanish girl that works there nreds to be trained she doesn't no how to talk to the public she very rude i will never deal with aarons again i will go to rent a center if i need something. She has been a problem there. I had to call the Hazleton Mayor on her for coming to my door. For payment after one day late. She not suppose to be doing that with the virus going on. The store is in Hazleton you dont need much more thenthatcody .

Bill is the best. He is extremely sweet and knowledgeable and such a joy to be around he will get u set up and work with u on whatever u need. Thanks bill. Love ya

I had a wonderful experience with the store the staff was very friendly helpful professional . I had help from the manager Mr Mike Romero Anna. In billing and bill in sales and the the entire moving staff I give A five star rating for there services . In Aaons i recived the best help ever thank you very much.

I have had the worst experience with this office they make an appointment to bring you something and if something doesn't go through they don't even have the common courtesy to call you so you not waiting around all day they didn't have to call and tell you the delivery was cancelled. I'm disgusted!!!!!!!

Bob was the best again. If Bob wasn't there I would not have taken my daughter to Aaron's. He helped me when I needed it the most and now Bob is helping my daughters.

In store was great but im getting screwed around on reciving the stuff. Its been 2 weeks. Ive already made the first payment but still did not get my stuff. Ready to give up on getting it.
