I have received good service and no issue with my TV or with service they are extremely helpful with working on payments to what days are best. I'm fixing to pay the last payments of the 2nd TV.
Read the reviews and decide to give them a try anyway SMH. I just went and bought a couch from somewhere else. I would’ve stuck with Aaron’s if I could’ve went to the Spring location. Due to distance the Tomball location was my home store. Never again!!
Went to Aarons on mother's day, was upset but Joanna was a complete angel. I was dealing with the anniversary of my mom's death, then mother's day, then my dryer quit. She showed me what you had & explained everything. Then today the 2 young men delivered the dyer. They were friendly efficient and well prepared. I appreciate everything. Thank you
I came in a week ago to get a dresser and night stand. The one I wanted they no longer had in store but they did order. Because it was ordered it took an additional week before I would get it delivered. We chose a date specifically on a Friday with a time span between 1 and 7. The day comes I’m excited it’s 4 pm I decided to call and just make sure there were no delays. At this time I was told my delivery was for Saturday. I said can’t be cause I work Saturday, the manager set the date cause he made a comment about Friday the 13th so I remembered distinctly, then she says well what other day. I’m puzzled because just like that I’m out of luck. No one contacted me if a change. No one apologized for none communication but expected me to just be ok and reschedule with no explanation. This was my first and last time doing business with Arron especially the tomball location.
Absolutely horrible experience!!! Sam was there to open the store, ONE HOUR LATE! I called to check to see if they were open and he promptly informed me that they would be closing early. He didnt even address us when we walked in the store. You could tell that he zero interest in helping anyone find anything at all! I have always had great experiences with Aaron's but today, that changed!
I have been calling to get a delivery date for two weeks now. I've gone pass two promos since the promo I've applied for......seems as if I am a target for answering these surveys. I've worked customer service for over 38 years. Today it's unheard of....
I really would not even give this store a star! I've been a customer with Aarons for about 10 years and never have i ever had a problem until today! First they have giving my information out on my account to otherpeople whom are not on my agreement! Second, they also gave my ex husbands information out to thqt same person whos his address was the same as mine and that persons but no last names are alike! We all have different last names so how did they even know he was my ex husband! We never had an agreement together. Third, i called today to let thek know that the 3rd person informed me of my information giving out they said theyd have the manager Jody give me a call. Let me jist tell you that i will never ever purchase anything with this store again! He was very rude told me to shut up because at law he was able to question who ever he wanted because of us having the same address or whatever! No sir! Absolutely not my informqtion is my information we are divorced and have been for 3 years. He told me i was not making since when clearly he waa not making since the way he was speaking to me qnd hes suppose to be the manager! I explained to him my house hold is covid positive qnd its hard for me to go up to the atore or to the bank or to work even! I have the email where its stating im not lying about this and believe me i did not ask for this to happen to myself nor my children he hung upnon me because i told him not to tell me to shut up and when he qqnted to act professionql he could call me or have someone professional call me because clearly hom and I were not going to be able to talk! Aarons can come get the ac unit since he sais he terminated my lease but after 5 different agreements ive paid off with them! I will not spend my money here again! Worst experience ever
Tomball Texas Aaron’s is the place to go! I live in Willis Texas and I will only come to this location! Jody the general manager was awesome! I needed a portable ac unit fast and Jody and his crew made it happen! Very pleased with my experience will definitely be a returning customer! A BIG THANKS TO JODY AND HIS CREW FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!
My husband Jon and I we’re greeted as well as helped above and beyond through the whole process. The manager and Juan did everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving the place of business. I would definitely reccomend them! We also absolutely love the merchandise we’ve received!
