This guy Phil just showed up at my house at 9am on a Saturday, and POUNDED on my door like a cop when I was sleeping, all for the wrong house. I never ordered any furniture. I don't know who told them it was okay to pound on people's doors multiple times, harder each time, when they don't answer. CALL ON THE PHONE. EVERYONE HAS A PHONE. Knock on my door like that again and I'm answering with a shotgun.
Jessica, the store manager is very helpful and extremely nice person. She helped me today getting my new bed. She made the process very easy for me I'm so happy that I choosed this store for my bedding needs!! I'm looking forward to working with this store. I highly recommend this Armenia store to everyone to try. Again thank you so much Jessica for your help.
Great people that work on the floor and the delivery guys were also very cool, quick and prompt.
The customer service was much better than has been in the past. New employees. Good job on the new hires. The customer was good and I don't mind spending my money there.!!!!
These ppl are the most ignorant sobs Iv ever met! They hang the phone up on u, call 930 at night and are just plain rude and just nasty ugly ppl. Do not rent from this one, go to the one on 301.
Customer service is a joke apparently the customer is always wrong there. They took out December payment without my permission mind you its November 30th my bill wasn't even due yet on top of it they had the wrong name associated with my card info . The manager Joey has poor customer service and a poor attitude. They need to bring Isaiah back he was awesome . I will not recommend anyone doing business with this store I regret it completely.
I have been a value customer and been renting from Aaron for yrs..I purchased a used bedroom set from Dale marby before they closed down and got stuck with my contact transfer to here ..my mattress got defect cause they didn't put the middle support beam and susposingly the mattress I had is disconnected so the rude store manager Pablo decided to downgrade me and bring me a basic one and tell me I got to pay extra to get something off equal value to my discount mattress and say it's his store and if I don't like it to bad ..he is very rude and shouldn't be in charge of customer service because he lacks them a real manager would go above and beyond to keep there customer satisfy knowing it wasn't the customer fault. Don't do business here cause your money and ur customer appreciation isn't respect....g They lack customer service skills and just in it to take our money
I am appalled by how I have been treated by this location. My furniture was supposed to be delivered today and they told me that they didn’t know what time and it’s my day off so I’m expected to sit at home all day. So I called to ask if the furniture could be delivered while I wasn’t home and the GM told me that was possible as long as I stopped by the store to sign the contract. Well I just got off the phone with the delivery guys 7 hours later, almost 10pm, only for them to tell me they can’t deliver stuff when I’m not home. Now I have to wait 6 more days. Highly not recommended!!!
Horrible Experience, due to Covid-19 had some Financial Hardship and could not make my payments on time but was willing to do them, Never received a call from the store and the associate Rick came to my house and said I had to pay them or they would take the merchandise at the moment I was not home and my mom had my car, the guy told my mother that my car was outside and that I should be in the house. My mother felt harassed by that and decided to facetime me to speak to me about the issue. When She went to the parking lot I live in a apartment complex the associate Rick was standing outside looking at my car. My mom felt uncomfortable and from that moment on I called Corporate and I’m still waiting for an answer, Please do not make a contract with these people. They have horrible customer service and I still don’t have an answer to the attitude that they have.
Brought my TV in to be repaired, and after 3 weeks of waiting nobody took the time to even call me. Now I have no TV. $1000 wasted on a TV that I could have bought at Walmart for $350 bucks. Zero Customer Service Skills.
