I got a bed room set off of them that the wood later on started turning yellow and then one of my drawers started missing up called nothing !! will to this day nothing no calls back !!! told me they couldn’t give me other bed or anything but yet i pay for it !!! i don’t recommend them to no one go somewhere else with you hard work money!!!! i have added a picture of the end of my bed ..

Everything was great! Day of delivery to be at my home anytime. Got EMAIL at 9ish a.m. that order was cancelled. So called ask and the lady that help had no clue why! Didn't offer help. Refund money. Called back talk see get a reason. Was told they forgot to add or include a requirement for bed. And it put over limit approved for. So nothing but sorry. Mind you know sleeping on hard floor for few weeks til get bed. Thanks Arron's!

I’ve been a customer since they opened I’ve only had one experience with them on a fireplace tv stand I ordered one they sent another in its place, I sent it back. I alway order new I do not buy anything that’s not. I’ve always paid for everything I bought. Never no complaints just that one time but they learn by their mistakes. I do not except anything I do not order.

My fiance and I are current customers, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences so far. We live pretty far out in a rural area, and they still don't charge for delivery. We are very happy with everything we've gotten and plan to continue doing business with them in the future.

Well I can't say I have even been a customer but still found out how bad this place is. Last week I placed an online order for a refrigerator and paid the $25 to get it started. Got an email with a confirmation number and all that stated to expect delivery within 5-7 business days. So after a couple days I called my local store here in bluefield to find out of they knew what day I could expect my fridge because as luck would have it mine finally pretty well kicked the bucket. The guy told me it would probably be Monday when I would get it. Fast forward to Monday and I call to be told that basically they don't even really honor any online orders because that's corporate. They said I could call the corporate office and have my down payment refunded. And that they could delivery a fridge not the one I ordered by Wednesday BUT I would need to pay another down payment and that the cheapest she could do was $40 which I don't have right now So now I'm 3 days away from Thanksgiving no fridge and none coming like I was told it would be. I called corporate and they basically told me the same thing. Although they did refund my money pretty quickly but aaron's does not stick to their word concerning online orders. To me that basically false advertising smh. So beware if your shopping online and run across aaron's deals! Just don't do it.

Hi , I just would like to say I have a washer and dryer from here and it’s been nothing but a headache with it I told them bring me a new one after it’s has been to the shop 3 time bring one out the is just a much trash as the new one I got I mine at this point almost paid for and it’s in the shop to be worked on won’t tell anyone to get anything from Aaron’s in bluefield. And this just don’t stop here I am going way past this to get something done

I have gotten a bedroom suit and its paid for now I went a couple weeks ago and where looking for a bedroom suit for my daughter but didnt have it at the store and I couldn't get it how I wanted it/ with out the dresser and mirror. Although I did walk out with a great laptop that's only costing me 105.00 a month but it's for 2yrs.so yea the financing is alittle steep but its helped build my credit up. And the bedroom suit for my daughter that my husband and I decided to get her we have to order it online but there the cheapest.

Vanessa is so friendly and helpful. They have always been good to me. One time there was an issue, however Vanessa fixed it and smooth sailing every since.

Just received my living room set today the delivery guys was very nice and had it put in my house within 5 minutes. Great furniture and excellent service!
