Employees for the most part are very friendly but interest rates are extremely high but if you need furniture in a pinch and you don't have the best credit they are there for you.

I love Aaron's. I have the best queen bed ever from Aaron's. Great customer service with a smile. Next on my list is a Laptop.

Great staff. Easy to work with. They were so friendly. While i was there another customer was screaming and cursing at the manager cassie. Cassie was very polite and professional and extremely composed throughout the encounter. Great job!

Been meaning to write this review for a while. I am so thankful for Ms. Cassie at the Aiken store. She is an amazing person. She has gone out of her way to help us. We have been renting from them on and off for the past 4 years and she has absolutely been magical. I have referred people to this store over the years and every time I hear back from those references, the first thing they say is how much Cassie helped them. In times of need, it is important to be made feel like a human being when having to rent. Often you are looked down on because of your circumstances, without fail, EVERY time, Cassie made us feel like we were family and treated us with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this store, primarily because of Cassie!

If you want to rent to own Aaron's is the best they have great quality things refrigerators washers dryers living room sets tv beds it's all good quality stuff there and the payments are not that bad and if for some reason you can't pay they just pick it up and they have nice friendly people

This is the worst place ever, especially if you have a problem with the item and need them to pick it up. They scheduled a time for pick up then was late so when we called about rescheduling pick up for the next day. The lady who we talked to CASSIE she is very unprofessional,rude,and nasty over the phone. Please beware.

The manager Cassie is so nice and looks out after her customers. She is the only reason I shop Aaron's.
