I went in for a personal interview and everything went well and I was told that she had to continue her process of going through the applications just to be fair but there was a 95% chance that she was going to hire me and she was going to call me the following Monday. I went in for the personal interview on the Wednesday of the week before and so I waited for the phone call. It never showed up her. I never received a phone call on Monday so I called Monday night before they closed and she said that she had to talk to you, the higher-ups about the budget for the sales manager position and she would probably be getting a hold of the following day. I never received that call the following day, so I called one more time at the end of that week, which was a Friday and left a message. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he was going to give her the message. She was on the phone with her boss and still I never heard nothing so basically, they just blew me off. It is just very upsetting because I would’ve been an excellent fit for this position and I thought that we hit it off very well. This is for the Moline store on the Avenue of the cities. If they treat their potential employees like this, they probably treat their employees the same way and I’m sure customers get the worst customer service and treatment possible. I have never in my life had an experience like this ever.. a simple phone call is all it would of took. If I could give you zero stars, I would. After this experience in doing further research, this is not a good business to purchase goods from or to work for. It all start from who is running the show. Bad management equals bad business.
I have got to say janea being back at Arona AKA Aaron's you have made our shopping experience great thank you for all you do.
Since the return if Janea and Tyler I must say it has been a pleasure coming to your store. I also want to recognize Jake and all other employees for there excellent customer service.
Sorry to say but the last employee's that work at Aaron was better for the business and the store,would love to see the old staff back.After I finish my last payment i will never spend another cent with your business. I've been with store for 4 1/2 years and hate to say the new staff and management really need to take a Customer service class because it's needed there badly. I'll never spend another cent with this business and will make sure let other Customers know that staff and management really needs some improvements because the last staff and management team treated you like family and always worked with you no matter what the situation may be bring Janae a nd the other staffing back.
I'm surprised this store is still open. The website is far better to do business with. The sales team at the Moline location was a joke. I honestly thought I was on a hidden camera show and the joke was nobody knew ANYTHING. I'm looking forward to speaking with a "manager" to see if they are just as incompetent as the two people I had dealt with. I was asking general questions about the availability of a product listed on their website and the girl at the counter was as confused as a dog that was just shown a card trick. I was told they don't "honor" the details of the website. I was told SKU numbers don't matter after she had given the wrong SKU number for a product she was trying to find at another location. Apparently they only matter when she's looking up the wrong one I could go on and on but I'd rather not. I'll save it for when I get to talk to a manager. I wasn't going to leave this review until they decided they didn't want to answer their phone 15 minutes before they closed. The website is beautiful, quick and easy. I ordered what I was looking for in a matter of minutes and it was so much less of a headache. I wouldn't trust the people I talked to at the physical location to boil water let alone handle customers accounts and information. Good thing they had their music up WAY too loud though or else I might of thought I was in a professional environment.
Liz is amaZing!!! Thanks for being so helpful and such a pillar of patience for me. The quality of furniture is much higher than I would ever expect from any rent to own company. Sofa set comes in 4days... Looking forward to giving an updated review.
Very nice selection of furniture and electronics. Friendly and helpful staff. I have came here for a couch set, bed, and electronics and have had friendly customer service as well as generally reasonable prices. You pay extra for the convenience of using it while you pay but they don't do credit checks on you. I plan to continue to keep coming here for my furniture and major appliances needs. I especially reccomend if you don't have very good credit.
This place is a joke. They took my money and say they don't refuse anyone however...the lady there called my references and asked them for personal information about me. She violated my rights and when i called her out on it, they denied my application. They still have my initial payment yet I have no furniture
Very nice people up there Attentive and took care of all of my needs Definitely a place to go
Top notch store that puts customer satisfaction #1. The owner replaced a product that was defective that was from a different store at no cost. If you want to feel like family and looking for a great deal definitely go to Aaron’s in Moline.
