After a complete disaster with Ripleys aarons, I took a chance with the dyersburg location. Colton and his crew were professional, friendly and on point. Had a new fridge in 2 days. Extremely satisfied, awesome job guys, thank you!!!

My family and I have been leasing several items from this store. We usually deal with Tony or Brandy. They both are very professional. If we have a problem with any of our lease agreements, they know how to fix the problem quickly. I have heard Brandy has her own store now. I'm going to miss her, but I'm very happy for her. Congratulations Brandy. I hope we don't lose Tony to another store. He does a wonderful job. Yes I pay more for the products. But I also have a choice to pay them off in 6 months. It's like lay away but I can enjoy the products. Or I can pay the lease agreement out. As long as I'm leasing, if something goes wrong it's covered. Keep up the good work Tony, and I'll keep leasing.

My daughter lost her job and needed to return the sectional she had been paying on. When calling the store, after explaining the situation to TONY not only was he very rude but hung up on me mid sentence. We will NEVER purchase from Aarons again. Life happens & we all go through things. If a general manager has no more respect for another individual as he did for me then he needs to consider changing professions.

So far w have not had any issues from Aaron's their employees nor the appliances we are paying on. All around great environment.

Highly disappointed, because had a ps5 and made my payout on it within the first month of having it. Now after the first month it starts freezing and get it taken for service, and month and a half later get it back still does same thing. Now we are at the third month mark and I don't have it and I keep getting the same run around saying they have it and I go get it, they don't even have it. I would like to get my money back or a brand new system.

They charge way to much interest there is no reason it takes 2 to 3 years to pay something off when they tell you it will be paid off In a year!then they take a payment for one amount then come back the next week and take a different amount!im ready to get this stuff paid off so I will never have to deal with them again!!!

They called me several days before my actual due date to collect a "late" payment since my contract was not in reach at the moment, even tho I thought that something did not sound right I paid right then by phone, including said "late"charges. Being very upset w/myself for being so irresponsible only to find that my actual due date was not for another 10 days. I will say that the new manager did make it right and it is ONLY for that reason that my contract was satisfied, and ONLY because of the professionalism shown by the new management staff that I would consider AARON'S for future leasing needs

Great place for anything you need for your home. Tony, Wendy,and Aaron are great and will work with you. Wouldn't go anywhere else anymore!!!

Nice and friendly people! Very helpful and quick to get my appliances delivered. Will go there again and recommend them to anyone!

Isn't the customer always right? I checked their website at the Dyersburg, TN location and it said they close at 6 today so when i call to have a washer delivered i was told that they close at 5. Which is it? 5 or 6? Do i need to contact corporate?
