Aaron's Rent to Own

I wish I could give them -stars! This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life! We've been paying for a washer and dryer for 3 months while they sit in my laundry room and don't even work. The GM is very rude and disrespectful and one of the workers told us to just hang our clothes on a line to dry. We've had an electrician come look to make sure it wasn't the plug and it was the actual dryer because they also tried to blame it on that and saying it wasn't on their end. This has been a complete nightmare and a complete waste of a lot of money. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible everything! I will never use them again!! Please don't waste your time or money with them!

Got home today to a busted water line & a door hanger.. So not only did I have to repair my damaged water line from their trespassing but I'm sure I'll have a $300 water bill also. All out of my pocket.. They couldn't even tell me what time someone had came by so I don't even know how long it had been leaking! Yall could have AT LEAST turned the water off on the road at the meter!!! I DONT EVEN HAVE A LEASE FOR ANYTHING AND NEVER HAVE!! & apparently they can't read!! #NoTrespassing #KEEPOUT #HeresYourSign

Just rude people. Called to ask about pricing and availability and was on hold for 10 mins and when they did answer they got rude and acted like it was a waste of their time. Will not rent from here.

Don't ever rent from Aaron's because if you have something stolen and you get the police report showing the stuff was stolen you think they would leave you alone, but no they call you every day about it when they know exactly what's going on because I keep telling them I can't do anything else about the stuff and they already have the rest of the stuff I was renting. I was always on time with my payments never once had a problem with my account, there is nothing else I can do since I'm living out of my car since my wife died 2 months ago

I really like the majority of customer service that we are receiving. We are a part of the Aaron's club, we are currently buying a washer and dryer set from them as well. We are in the process of purchasing a bed mattress and box frame. I like the overall but the Manager or the Head Man over Aaron's is very, very rude. I do not like to speak to him at all. ANY and EVERY time we speak to one another he is so rude, I have no idea how he even how this job. Customer friendly is 1/10. Mr. Wade is extremely great! Helped us on the beginning of the process by information and even suggesting the Aarons club which helps save. Wade is 12/10. Thank you Mr. Wade!!!

Great selection of furnishings and very affordable

The people who work here are outstanding, no question about that. Unfortunately the TV I got wasn't and I had to return it. That aside I've purchased many items from this store and will more than likely do so again. I would definitely recommend Aaron's in Corinth to anyone.
