My wife Called general manager Samantha explained to her that we need to put a payment back a week because we didn’t have enough money in our bank at first she was rude and nasty but finally said she put it in to come out the fallowing week woke up this morning and we are negative in my bank account called up lady was nasty and raised her voice at my wife said it wasn’t them even though it clearly states in my account that it was Aaron’s they are rude nasty unprofessional ladies and yes they lied can’t deal with liars now it’s time to turn our stuff back in and go somewhere else shouldn’t have to put up with unprofessional nasty attitudes DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB DON’T WORK THERE ! if I could I would give you a 0 star so I guess you get a star after all don’t even deserve that
The worst customer service from Statesboro office I've ever dealt with. I've been in customer service for over fifteen years and I have never heard ladies talk so rudely to their customers. I don't get rude unless given a reason and the fact that I answer the phone super nice and have another employee in the background running their mouth about me being rude while the one on the call is trying to talk. haven't y'all been taught to not talk over others. It's a reoccurring problem and I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere. This store needs new employees.
I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN! The general manager Samantha needs to be replaced and the account manager because both women are extremely rude. I have called cooperate on multiple occasions and still haven’t heard anything back from the district manger and it is going on 3 months. The account manager had the nerve to laugh on the phone while speaking to me about my account this is extremely unprofessional and she didn’t care about it. I have called up there on multiple occasions and no one has answered the phone. Definitely go somewhere else and not waste your hard earned money here. Update : 5-10-23 : After speaking to an Aaron’s customer service member. The person I spoke to was nonchalant about the complaint and didn’t come up with a solution. He pretty much said since this is Samantha store she can run it accordingly so this isn’t the first time he had a complaint about her. Just a waste of time and money from this location go somewhere else !!!
I’ve made every payment on time since financing my items. Yet, I’ve received two phone calls about missed payments. The first time I reported this to corporate. The district manager claimed to have “fixed” the issue on their end. This was back in May..? Since then, I’ve received another call about missed payments. Both times, I’ve spoken with Shaquita and she’s overall UNPLEASANT. She does not know how to deal with frustrated customers. After all, Aarons keep accusing me of missing payments. I’m so tired of talking to her. I will definitely ask to speak with someone else if I ever come across her. Anyhow, something funky is going on on their end. I was told by Shaquita that I will end up in a whole with Aaron’s no matter what, which made me want to return the items even though I have invested GREATLY in them. I’m already paying 5x the market value for these items.
I ordered a bedroom set on March 18. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my items and today I get my items and they forget my dresser so now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my dresser. So it’s going on 3 weeks and I don’t have all of my items. And let’s not forget they are very very rude

There are some who have good customer service and some do not I just ordered furniture on the 16th and they couldn't deliver until the 24th, a week later. I got a phone call on the 23rd saying they wouldn't deliver because I didn't have payment arrangements set up, but I did. I was treated like a liar and like I didn't matter. Samantha needs to not be the one talking to new, or returning customers. She was very abusive and uncaring. If you call and she answers try to speak with someone different. Now let me put my new bedroom set up myself since I trust nothing she says. Yes I paid for set up but it's useless. She wanted her money who cares about anything else and she didn't even apologize for being wrong. Bad customer service at its worst level.
The GM Samantha is VERY Rude and unprofessional. I only needed a cpu while my other one was being fixed and she made this process more complicated than it needed to. She does not know how to speak to customers. I really don't know how she refered to herself as the GM.
Good service in-store and would recommend for any appliance needs or upgrades. The delivery drivers that came out were phenomenal and patience through the process of installation. They were prepared and ready to handle any challenge.
I’ll start out with saying that my name is Savannah, and the customer that I’ve experienced Aaron’s is one of the worst. I returned a item early because it was the wrong size, they were overcharging for it. But I heard about a sales promotion they had online, and I tried to make a purchase. But the store in Statesboro never recited my previous lease. I called corporate, and they explained me that my original lease was still in the system, and the store would have to change it. I called the Statesboro store, and explained to them what was going on. Instead they gave me the run around, and tried to get me to make my purchase in the store to pay a lot more for a deposit; than what was being promoted online. They wouldn’t work with with saying it’s my fault for the error on their end because I had returned a item before. If I would’ve known returning something would be a bad thing, I would’ve went to Farmer’s Furniture like my sister did.
