Dr.Shelub is a board certified Infectious Disease Specialist. His practice consists of care of critically ill, septic and all hospitalized patients with severe infections. He also specializes in outpatient infectious diseases and HIV care. In addition he leads a Travel Medicine Clinic that helps prevent travel related illness/injury as well as treat post travel illness.
His expertise extends into many areas of care that include: Infection Prevention, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Quality assurance, Telemedicine and Health Care Information Technology. He is excited to assist healthcare facilities with all their needs in these areas.
Dr. Shelub is accepting patients for HIV consultative care, Pre-travel/Post-travel vaccinations and care, Influenza treatment and prevention, and all types of infectious disease consults.
He is also particularly interested in Telemedicine and Information Technology projects in Los Angeles and throughout the world. He is excited to discuss these projects via video conference or telephone.
