The crew there is pretty awesome, the people there are pretty attentive and help you out and they'll work with you. need a place to go if you don't have credit want to start. got a lot of good things, you may pay just a little bit more for them but you know everybody has to have their hand in the pocket. but at least you'll get a couch with it! tell them buzz sent you and thank the whole crew I got my ownership papers I got just the other day .
This rating is based on my experience working with the regional manager after being so gravely disappointed and irate with the Murray store. After writing my review for my legitimate Murray nightmare experience, somehow it got to the regional management level. As I explained my long winded 10+ min experiences with the Murray store, he sat and listened patiently and empathetically to me. For the first time, I felt heard about my situation and experience!! He literally went out of his way to make thing's right and followed through on his promise. For that reason alone I am writing this review. I didn't really deal with the West Valley store, only through him as, as I refused to deal with the Murray store again. He understood and informed me that he spoke to his team at the store and my experience was used as a valuable learning lesson. Perhaps this situation will be avoided in the future because of this experience. I would say that because of him, Aaron's still has my business!! Thank you so much for listening to me and making it right! You know who you are. I will never forget what you did and will remember your outstanding customer service for years to come!!
Initially was good service but in the end they are not willing to waive a simple $5.00 late fee for a full payoff and he made sure that it won't happen. I don't understand it but won't bring my business over there after this. There was a different manager a bit ago that was much more understanding and great to work with.
Awesome friendly people, great deals. I got my merchandise delivered the next day. The delivery team did a very good job. They were very polite and professional. I recommend this store to anyone in need of anything for your home. They've got it all.
Worst experience you could imagine! We ordered a living room set on a Monday, and were promised delivery that Friday. We removed our old furniture to make room for the new set. We were rescheduled twice. Finally after complaining, the wrong furniture was delivered. Nobody had any idea what were ordered and why the wrong set was delivered. This was the most unprofessional group of people you could imagine. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for nothing
Bad customer service. Patricia or Trish or whatever her name is, was rude throughout all day. Claimed she called for cancellation never did never got back to me about a bed frame I wanted ordered . Never getting anything from this store! Horrible customer service . They don’t even know what they have in stock all employees are careless . If I could give me no star rating I would. Asked about supervisor number and name and she hung up on me. By far this store has the worst customer service. Never been so angry at a store then this. Btw if y’all are having complaints about the same person then there should be something done about it!
Horrendous customer service! Bought a tv through them and after I paid off my tv has some issues that needed fixing so I called them to ask what my options were and the reply I get is "Because you paid your tv off there is not much we can do". You would expect a better response. Good thing I have manufacturer's warranty. But they are utterly useless. If you need something just go buy from some other place because they will not help you. All they care for is if their monthly payments are done on time or not.
0 stars ...as a matter of fact -5 they are the worst. I prepaid my acct to January so I will have funds for Christmas and they still charged my card for Decemeber. I called them and was told I would get a call from someone who handles their finances and never got the call. Called this morning and Patricia is not trained at all in customer service. Attitude and no help. Her story changed saying they cant do anything til their boss gets in tomorrow which means I wouldn't get my refund by Christmas. Then she said someone is coming in today who will do it. GET UR STORY STRAIGHT. Take ur time refunding when u didnt have issues charging my card and not reading ur damn notes. This isnt even the first issue I've had with this company. SO MUCH PROBLEMS AND ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS NOTATE THE ACCTS CORRECTLY AND READ EM.
Aaron's is having a BLack Friday sale today . I got two beautiful lamps for $20. And you can rent anything for $1 dollar down. I mainly use Aaron's for emergencies, like when my stove went kaputt I called Aaron's and had a new one the same day! I love that kind of service!
I been waiting past 7 days for my washer and dryer and my lady called 3 times and she got 3 different set of times it will be delivered. now we have to wait another week or so for it to be delivered because that lady Tisha or whatever her damn name is don't know how to do her job if we didn't call we wouldn't have even been on her list for delivery SMH.
