RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Damaged all my furnitures. Not sure where they stored it but EVERYTHING got wet!!! By the time I’ve received them it was soaked in water all was brand new since we’ve just moved to Miami. Same happened to my boxes and TV boxes. I’ve tried to reach out and ask for compensation since I’ve paid 10K for this move but as expected, they rejected my calls/emails.
I received an email quote for $120 per hour for 2 gentlemen and a truck who turned out to be two elder gentlemen. $100 down payment. I was looking at 2-3 hours. I had EVERTHING packed. See the picture. And I have video of the entire move and everything that happened. When they arrived, the white guy started trying to tack on extra $ for stairs. Why didn't you disclose this before, when you first gave me my quote? So the first thing you do in person is to start upcharging me immediately?! I should have gone with two guys for $100/hour. They gave me a legitimate quote with ALL fees upfront and a guarantee. After I said no to the stairs upcharge and told them to forget it, the same guy decided to supposedly stick to the promised quote. They take about 1 hour and a half to load the truck. 1 hour really but an extra 30 minutes taking their time. But I didn't say anything. Then we leave to the new place, which is literally 5 minutes away, and when we get there, that's when the real issues start. The quote suddenly went from 2-3 hours to 5 hours! I guess it went to 5 hours because I didn't want to and couldn't pay for the stairs they didn't disclose was extra, which two guys doesn't charge extra for Plus $60 for the 5 minutes of fuel they used. Plus 7% tax when they don't even allow me to use a credit card. You're taxing me on Zelle cash!? You know you don't report all of that. And none of this was disclosed! Then of course, they hold my stuff hostage until I pay, which I do, to Boris. But that whole ordeal wasted another 30 minutes. But all this planned time wasted is pre calculated into the new quote I find out in the end. When they finally start, I see them going even slower than before. But again, I didn't say anything. They're elder. Moving is a young man's game. But that game is on my dime today. And I already paid the ransom. Am I happy? Of course not! Who would be?! I went from a $240 quote to over $700 Zelle cash! And the job was only half done at that point! But again, I didn't say anything. I don't say not one negative word. I don't rush. I don't question. Even after they take their extra time. Even after all the time wasted and the bs 5 hour quote and the bs 5 minute $60 fuel charge and the tax on cash. But after all of my niceness and patience, the same guy has the audacity and disrespect to scream at me that he's getting called from the office to hurry up because supposedly I called the office over 20 times. I called NO ONE. Not once. Not even after his time thievery. Little did I know this was just another ploy to waste even more time and more of MY money arguing. If he's busy arguing and inventing nonsense, then he's too busy to be working. He then acts disgruntled and stops working altogether. So much time wasted! At this point, it's about 1 hour and a half to 2 hours wasted in total. We finally settle things and the job gets done in the 5 hours they quoted. So yes, if you include the 2 hours wasted total, it did take the 5 hours I paid. Guy already knew ALL of THAT was going to be part of the 5 hours. It was all a game. And for what? For an extra few hundred dollars of my money. Why run a business like that? You have the internet now. Businesses get put on blast by more than word of mouth. It's not worth it. Run your business right or get out of business. Don't use these people. They called me, but no one fixed anything. No one gave me my stolen 2 hours and money back. No one gave me my $60 5 minute fuel back. No one gave me my taxes on cash back. Don't use this company. Don't. It's not worth it. A move is stressful enough as it is without having to deal with a business like this. There are too many other options out there. Cancel these people. Cancel this business.
I used them to move my apartment, my movers did not show up, so I was looking for someone who can do it last minute. Alex and team did great job. Highly recommend their service
AMAZING company and really fair price and the workers were awesome, communicative, and had great attitude. I had to have heavy furniture moved downstairs from one house and up two flights of stairs to an apartment on the 3rd floor and the two guys they sent me powered through it all. Nice people and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will use them again if I need movers in the future!
They always do a great job. I have moved 3 pianos to my music studio and it has always been a great experience. Good care. Good people. And we happen to have the same initials in our business name! If they can move pianos so well, they can move everything
