We recently went to the Dominican Republic. Our custom trip was planned by Heather @ Abacus Luxury Travel. I have been to “the tropics” before, but never with all aspects planned and personalized by a professional travel agent. WOW! We were so impressed and will absolutely use Heather’s services for all future travel.  We told Heather we wanted a nice, clean resort with a “fun” vibe. Wanted an all inclusive resort not far from the airport, on the beach, with Pickleball Courts, with a pool we could float in all day with a swim-up bar and with a variety of delicious restaurants. Heather bought us the perfect resort and was familiar with it as she travels frequently to make sure the resorts she is sending her clients to, are top-notch!  As a thank you, she arranged VIP transportation for us to and from the airport. After a long day of travel it was a great treat!  Heather made sure we were prepared with all necessary travel documents to get in and out of the country. She also had a lot of packing suggestions etc that were helpful. Her familiarity and knowledge was evident with the flight selections she suggested and made for a stress free flight there and back! She had frequent communication with the resort and us leading up to the trip which made for a delightful and relaxing experience. If you are looking to travel and want a customized experience to suit YOUR desires; it is definitely worth it to use Heather and Abacus Luxury Travel’s services!

Abacus Travel Heather, were very helpful and listened to what we wanted.  Our trip to Punta Cana was beautiful and fun. The Royalton Bavaro was awesome.

Abacus Luxury Travel Service has been serving our family's travel needs for over 18 years.  From train trips and barge cruises to flights and conference travel, Heather and her staff always create a memorable experience with keen attention to detail.  Most importantly, when things like weather delays to family emergencies impacted travel, whether at the airport, or on the road, they have been there with getting us safely to where we needed to be.  That level of service is totally priceless.

I have been using Abacus for years. I recommend them for all your travel needs. I never thought I would have done this much traveling. I owe it all to Abacus team. I'm looking forward to a group trip to Greece in August and my 3rd cruise in March 2020.
