Abbeville is a city in Wilcox County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 2,908. The city is the county seat of Wilcox County.HistoryAbbeville was founded in 1857 as seat of the newly formed Wilcox County. The town was incorporated in 1883.
