My partner and I purchased our first home with Abbey in June of 2023, when the real estate market was shifting and making things difficult. Abbey helped us navigate all of the changes every step of the by leveraging her plethora of knowledge, caring personality, and light spirit.  We put offers on multiple homes and lost a few times, and each time Abbey was ready to get us back on the saddle to find the perfect one.

Abbey was amazing to work with.  She is extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of all the Spokane neighborhoods.  She was responsive and fun to work with.  She listened to our needs and found the perfect home for us.  A true professional!

Abbey is an actual goddess of real estate. I lived out of state while trying to buy my new house and felt completely overwhelmed. She made the process so smooth and took all the stress out of it. She works so hard for her clients and she has relationships with just about every other realtor/banker/inspector in Spokane so I felt like I was in very good hands. She made me feel like I was a priority and had endless patience with my questions. Her energy, optimism,expertise, and kindness are unmatched and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

We were referred to Abbey through USAA's Homebuyer's program, and are very glad that we were!  Abbey was very quick to respond to every request and communication, and always did the things she said she'd do in a timely manner. She listened to and remembered all our preferences, patiently explained the process as we went, and did a million other little things right that made our home buying experience pleasurable and smooth.  I would use or recommend Abbey for future needs in a heartbeat!

Abbey was wonderful from the start! She took lots of time driving us around and looking at homes, even when we weren't super serious at first or looking to buy immediately. She kept in contact with us for six months before we got serious about buying, and really got a feel for what we wanted. She ended up finding our house for us, and we couldn't be happier! When it came time to go through the buying process, she even chipped in on her own accord when the seller refused to, set up an appointment with our home inspector when we were out of town to do an extra check on the attic when we were nervous about it, and lent out her handyman of no charge to us, which really took the weight off our shoulders. Highly recommend this wonderful lady!

Abbey was great to work with! She was quick at getting things done and was very knowledgeable of the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone and will be going to her for my real estate needs in the future!
