I got my mother an orchid delivered for Mother's day. She is really excited to learn more about them and said this one is absolutely beautiful and the presentation is gorgeous. They delivered earlier in the day than I expected which was perfect because she started her day off with a lovely surprise and got to do some research before we talked on the phone later. Abbott delivered such beautiful floral arrangements to church for our mother's service. Additionally, we received several floral arrangements and plants as gifts ordered through Abbott's - each was so fresh flowers are still beautiful more than a week later, and beautifully presented. Delivery was timely and efficient, and as promised. We are so pleased with Abbott's.

Use this florist! You know how you wonder what an arrangement is going to look like when you order long distance -- is it going to look as expensive as what you paid or are they going to send a small arrangement? Wonder not with this company! They will do you proud and your flower delivery will look like you spent a fortune!! The arrangement was gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, and they got in time to the hospital for one of our employees in Chicago we are in Seattle before she left after having her baby. Wow! We love working with small businesses, and that this one is woman owned was just the cherry on top. They are worth every bit of the well deserved 5 star rating they have! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I always use Abbott's to send flowers to my lovely aunt. The flowers are always gorgeous, and if staff need to modify anything, they call to confirm. When they could not reach her to deliver last fall, they called me and I got it scheduled with her. It's wonderful that I have such a reliable resource.

My family sent me an arrangement from Abbotts after losing my furry family member. They did a BEAUTIFUL arrangement with carnations resembling my Haley crossing the rainbow bridge!!!! I can't thank you enough for your ability to create something so meaningful and thoughtful   Judy Maxwell

Abbott's was recommended to us by the bakery from which we got our wedding cake. We were frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from two other floral designers.  Lisa @ Abbott's responded immediately to our request for centerpieces & boutonnieres.  We described our vision and Abbott's delivered.  The centerpieces & boutonnieres exceeded our expectations & our wedding guests all spoke to how amazing our flowers looked.  Abbott's also worked with our bakery to make sure the flowers on our cake matched our centerpieces.  I would use Abbott's again in a heartbeat.  Don't be fooled by some of the "modern" florists in the area; the best is Abbott's.

I called from out of state to order flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday as a surprise. Pros - very professional over the phone, very helpful, promised exactly what I ordered when I asked for it by name - I had checked their website. Was delivered that very day, also very appreciated. Cons - they apparently did not have the Gerberas I ordered, and although they had my cell number, made no attempt to call. I would have preferred to select something else. I had wanted something big and colorful. What was delivered was pink, boring, and flat, like arranged in a box. SOOOOO disappointed, I can't believe I spent $75 for something I did not request and that I did not think was pretty at all. They did refund my delivery charge - but how do you fix such a disappointment?

Purchased loose flowers for a birthday, staff was helpful and provided what we asked for.  Some cute arrangements available in the store, surprised by the number of artificial arrangements.
