1st time to rent a place in Lido Key and 1st time to use ABC Baby & Beach Rentals. We have twin 3 year old grandsons and needed full size cribs for each of them. It was so easy to place the order and, when it was delivered, I received an email with a picture of the cribs and the house number where they were delivered. Upon departure the gentleman arrived a little early but waited patiently for about 10 minutes while we got the cribs ready. Will not hesitate to use them again if in the area again and would highly recommend them.
5 Stars for sure!!! They delivered a pack 'n play and a highchair to our Condo in Siesta Key. They were both in the condo waiting for us when we checked in and then picked up after we departed. Their communication is awesome. We received emails of a reminder, email when delivered and email when picked up. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to rent something and we will definitely use them again when we come back. Thank you for the SUPER customer service!
It was a pleasure to order baby items from ABC baby rentals. I placed my order on line and received a confirmatory email. Then before my delivery date I received another email telling me when they would arrive. And that occurred on time. All the items I rented were clean and in excellent condition. Finally, I received another email telling me when they would arrive to retrieve their items. And they came on time. I was very impressed with their service and punctuality. I will definitely use them again !
I recently rented a car seat and stroller from here and the process couldn’t have been easier. I was visiting a family member who was supposed to be home to receive them but had an emergency, and it was really easy to contact them to change the delivery instructions and they were very accommodating. Will definitely use again!
A friend recommended we use ABC rentals for a toddler bed for our stay in Florida. I was not disappointed. From the ordering process to drop off and delivery the communication is seamless. Will be using again and highly recommend!!
I’ve been using ABC Baby Rental for about five years now and I’ve never had any problems. They’ve always been amazing to work with and if there are any issues with anything they’re quick to resolve them! I’ll continue to use this company when we visit Siesta Key!
I don’t know if anybody knows about this company yet but I will do everything I can to spread the word. We travel to Sarasota multiple times per year but traveling has become different with the addition of our son. There are so many things we need to have available for him that we end up spending hundreds of extra dollars for extra checked bags and over weight bags. I simply went on line placed my order and left the vacation home address and the morning of our arrival it was there! Could not be easier! On departure day we set it in the entryway and they came to collect the equipment as well. This is certainly a game changer for anyone traveling with a small child or anyone who needs beach rentals or extra beds! Will be a repeat customer!
It was so easy and convenient! Everything was already in the room when we arrived and picked up after check out. It saved us a lot of space while traveling. I will definitely use them again
ABC Baby & Beach Rentals is a terrific company. They have a huge inventory of useful and good quality things to rent. They are very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. We have used them for several years and highly recommend them!
Excellent service. Very reasonable rates and service is great. As a grandma, I don't want to buy everything as they grow and change so fast. ABC Baby and Beach Rentals filled the gaps - reasonably and quickly. Excellent customer service, too, when I wanted to extend.
