The repair technician Ken who was sent to my house to work on my dishwasher was pleasant and competent. He had an intern with him and took time to explain techniques and tips to him and me. Don’t waste your money! We had these guys come out 3 times to fix our washer. The first time, he said it was fine and it was working. The second time, we were told we needed a new control panel and it needed to be ordered after paying up front for the part, it took over 2 weeks for them to finally come install it. Once he left, I was able to do one load of laundry then my washer stopped working again and wouldn’t even turn on. We wasted $600 just to have to buy a new washer! I tried calling about my dissatisfaction and no one would talk to me. They’re crooks!

I wish I could rate ZERO Stars! I don't usually write negative reviews, but I am beyond frustrated and maybe this will help someone! I purchased a dishwasher through Lowe's and it's not even a year old. Lowe's gets all their factory servicing done through ABC Appliance in Spokane. The first experience trying to get it repaired was bad enough... now the second time is even worse! Here's the run down. On a Monday Lowe's gives me an appointment date and window for Wednesday between 1-4. The next day, ABC appliance calls to change it to the next Wednesday... a week longer! Then on the day of the appointment, they call within the appointment window to cancel due to weather. Good news is, they showed up 5 DAYS LATER, replaced the motor and started the dish washer. Then he left. The bad news??? 30 minutes later it malfunctioned again because what he fixed DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM! I called to see if the tech would come back and fix it and was told it must be an electrical problem and they would order parts. When I asked when that would be they said they would call me when they came in. NOT ETA! Terrible customer service! I'm SO FRUSTRATED! If your thinking about using ABC appliance and you have a choice... RUN THE OTHER WAY!
