I have used several live transfer lead companies over the years and this one is the best I have found. Great customer service and they are quick to refund a lead if it is legitimately bad. Gavin and Amber have been great contacts for managing my account and regularly check in with me. I maintain a great closing ratio from the leads that are sent my way.
Yall have called me every 5 to 10 minutes. Say we are on a recorded line. Please review those calls if you actually record them because I've said multiple times to stop calling. Now it's reached to over 40 calls. Different numbers keep calling. I've blocked so many numbers. This is harassment. All I did was look for insurance and this happens? Makes people not want to shop for it online. Get it together.
They will harass after a quote you and then have an attitude when you tell them to screw off. The snot nosed little girl who answers the phone might have rocks in her head and the agents are rude and desperate. Avoid this company at all costs.
Contactability is a great cost effective source for leads, but is not without it's kinks. There will be times where leads will not fit your parameters, but Contactability has a client friendly refund policy. The quality of the leads when right, are spot on and the exact kind of clients you want in your book of business. Gavin is my account manager and has been amazing to work with by being extremely responsive and understanding of difficulties that are presented with online leads. I would recommend Contactability over many live-lead transfer systems and look forward to their improvements that they continue to implement in their business.
We use Contactability for leads and the customer service is great. Our account manager Nicholas Gay is very quick to respond to any issues we have with credits and I am always able to speak with him if I call as well. The leads are good, if there are one or two that we need credit on, Nicholas is very quick to help us with that.
My experience with Contactability has been great. I started receiving their phone leads approximately 3 weeks ago and it has given me better quality leads than I have had in the past with other companies. Their customer service and support is great. You get to speak with the same support person that is dedicated to your individual account each time without having to go through multiple prompts to reach a random person. I would recommend them to agencies looking to boost their production immediately.
Nicholas Gay and his team at Contactability have been a pleasure to work with. Their lead center has been better than any lead source I have used; and I have used many. I highly recommend them and their "live transfers". My closing ratio is very good with this agency and I enjoy the analytics and way it's set up. Very easy to work with both personally and technically. They have a great way set up where it doesn't make it an inconvenience for the clients and relationships are huge to build with the right bridge. I am very puzzled by some of these bad reviews saying they won't refund. I have never had a refund "denied"--not once! I'm not sure how you received my information. It is unlawful in the US to continuously call a customer or any person. I have received 10 phone calls In the last hour. SERIOUSLY..... I've told the agent to stop calling and the very same agent called again.
