Kenpo Karate Instruction led by Owner Chris Walsh.

Classes to be held immediately: Kids ages 4-10, Teen 11-17.

Future classes to be held will be Fitness classes for all kids, teens, and adults. Also, women's self defense classes.

Kickboxing and yoga. But one step at a time!!
