Abiza Creations is founded by Sarah Tannahill Henriquez. Her training in Professional Baking includes Graduating with Honors from the Certificate Programme in Designer Cakes from Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto, and Baking Certificate at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. She has also worked in many local bakeries and restaurants over the past 13 years.
