All Above Flooring did a great job. The floor looked excellent. They went out of their way to keep the dust at a very minimum while they worked. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great new floor.
We used Above All flooring as a sub contactor through 24 Restore. The crew was nice and seemed knowledgeable about the work. They patched our existing make hardwood that was damaged from water. They started at the wall when replacing the wood which led to small gaps in the flooring where the old floor met the new. They filled the gaps with filler, which would be fine if it didn't lead to a crack from one end of our kitchen to the next. They also spilled filler on the floor and instead of cleaning it up, they sealed it in our floor. There doesn't seem to be any sealer under our fridge and even though we only had workers at our home two separate times, they insist there are three coats. If there are 3 coats, they are so thin that when filler cracks there is a gap I can stick my fingernail into. If my fingernails can get in, so can water. We have had other estimates to fix it and those companies are amazed our floor is in such condition after only 1 month. We did give Above All the opportunity to come out and look at our concerns and when they did, Brian stuck by their work having reasoning for all things. He informed me they would not be fixing our concerns without additional payment. Unfortunately our insurance doesn't cover poor workmanship, so we'll be out of pocket to fix it. My recommendation when using this company is to be home and watch them work. So you can call out anything that isn't correct immediately.
What a great experience that Frank Rusnacko and his team at Above All Hardwood Flooring provided our family. We had been living with our Red Birch Floors See photos that were in real need of updating. Frank came out and measured and we had a quote within a day. We were then treated excellent from all of the employees at Above All Hardwood Flooring. We now have the most beautiful wood floors we could ask for. Adam and Carl came out and sanded an area where we could review several different colors until we determined what color to go with. The finish is far beyond what we thought we would have and once again we are thankful to the whole team at Above All Hardwood Flooring. When choosing a hardwood floor company for installation, repair, or a brand new look and feel, contact Frank and his team they are BIT-B "Best In The Business!"
Be very careful before proceeding. We were sold a poor quality wood floor with edge splintering that was improperly installed causing edge damage/dimpling. My opinion? No, it's in the report that Above All commissioned. The installation was completed June 19, 2019 and to date Above All has not remedied the situation. We are out nearly $14K and have a damaged, poorly installed wood floor in exchange. Photos below are examples of what's we found all over the new wood flooring immediately after the installers left. Above All spent three days installing and we're not anxious to go through the process again and would like a full refund.Service: Install flooring
