School of Nursing
The Division of Nursing offers educational opportunities to qualified individuals who seek a career in nursing. A student pursues a planned course of study which will help him/her develop intellectually, emotionally, and socially in preparation for nursing practie as a registered nurse (RN). The nursing progrom provides curriculum which assist an individual in giving safe, effective nursing care for culturally diverse clients in a variety of health care settings. The RN functions as a member of the health care team in promoting and restoring optimal health.
