I DO NOT recommend this orthopedic Dr Copoloff was in such hurry he didnt bother looking at the xrays before coming in the room, start by given option that had nothing to fo with why was referred to him, when I asked what about the xray and what it showed at the pcp office, he left the room came back and oh yea that the problem but never took a breath to give recommendations, if i didnt prompt solutions he didnt bother offering solution. Extremely disappointing front desk as well
Excellent service at this location. I am one of those people who gets really nervous before an appointment and this one couldn't have been easier. Making the appointment was simple and the young lady on the phone was able to answer my questions and was very accommodating. They sent me text reminders and I was able to check in electronically before the day of my appointment. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Raza is fantastic. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel at ease. Test results were within 24 hours of the exam and were available for me to check using their online portal. Can't say enough about this medical group - I highly recommend them.
Talk about aggravation! Was running 10-15 min late for my apt, so I called to see if it was still ok to come in. After checking with the medical asst, the lady on the phone said to come on over. When I got there they checked me in, but then proceeded to tell me that they would have to reschedule my apt for 90 min later. The front desk staff was friendly, but I didn't appreciate having to wait another 90 min for my apt. I was very unhappy with the medical asst. She was not friendly at all. I waited in the room for almost 60 min before the doc came in & spent all of 15 min with me, then waited another 20 min for a different medical asst to discharge me with my lab orders & a future apt that they booked for me without even checking with me to see if it would work with my schedule. I was not given information on if I needed to fast for my bloodwork the doc ordered, nor was I told where the lab was or even given a list of lab locations. To top it all off, I was never given a records request form from the medical asst, as the doc said I would. I'm certainly displeased with the lack of professionalism of this staff! After 3 hours of waiting in this office, I definitely would NOT recommend this office to anyone!
Had an appointment today that I've been waiting a month for referred by primary care physician. I received a voice message yesterday stating to be at appointment 15 minutes prior to my appointment at 3:30. I arrived at 3:15 signed in at 3:18 because patient ahead of me had questions. The big sign at entrance says sign in here with an arrow. My first time here. When I was called she said, no this is for blood work so instructed me to go to other window. I got there and was told I should have been there 30 minutes prior and so they couldn't see me! I said I've been waiting a month and am in so much pain. shoulder issue I can't even lift my arm! She called back to see if they could still take me. Whoever she spoke with said no. What is the friggin purpose to check in online which I did 2 hours earlier?! We left and I called the scheduling office and got hung up on. My husband called back and had a few choice words because I recently had my 4th stroke and this ordeal upset me to no end. The reality is once you check in you sit waiting to be called back, then once called you sit in the office another 10-15 minutes waiting for the doctor anyways. No, I will not be returning and not recommending to anyone. I retired from customer service and the customer should always be accommodated. The "Employee of the Month" that assisted me knew I was in pain. I was treated wrong for being a first time patient by being turned away. The supervisor my husband spoke with said the voice message sent out by them can be deceiving to new patients. Well then it needs to be fixed! "Please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes before your appointment and if you're a new patient we ask that you arrive 30 minutes early! Easy fix! Good thing I didn't pay my co-pay on line as offered because I would have had "3 on Your Side" there with me. Don't be late and don't pay your copay online if you don't have to, you might not get seen.
Dr. Mangan has been good to see so far, no complains about him. Staff not pleasurable to deal with. They seem to be bothered by your presence. Scheduling also sucks. Why offer appt online when they are not true to his real schedule. Had to wait for a month to see him just for an MRI order. Also they will not allow you to schedule your appts to be seen ahead of time. Attempted to schedule for a few weeks out and was denied. Was told he would contact me if he felt necessary. Unfortunately he was one of the only doctors in the area that would treat my injury.
Drove 1 hour to this clinic. Arrived to appointment for which I filled out online paperwork. I was told the online paperwork is invalid and I needed to fill out paperwork there. Once complete they asked what I was being treated for, I told them and they informed me my doctor doesn’t treat my ailment. I was turned away and asked to leave my x-ray results. I was told the doctor would call me the next day with his analysis of the x-rays. 3 days later and I have not received any help. Terrible clinic and doctors. Patient with untreated broken collar bone and no help provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY.
My experience was horrible!! I was miss informed the whole time it's like I grabbed $250 and threw it to the trash. That's how much they charge to get "vitals" basically. When we had set up to get an appointment they made it seem like we where getting blood work included with that price. How can you say something and then not do it? I tried getting a hold of the manager for 3 days but they seemed to not care about the sistuation they had put me in. Finally when I got to speak to a manager she said well we have new staff so if you where miss informed about your visit I apologize. So since someone else didn't do there job right I had to pay? To add all the doctor did was perscribe over the counter benedryl. I can't explain to you how much anger I have towards them stealing my money. Don't go here espiaclly if you're self pay. It's horrible and they don't give a rats ass about you.
I had a appointment at 8am and when I arrived the receptionist asked me if my info changed. I told her I don't use Walmart Pharmacy anymore and now I use Walgreens. I had my app. with the dr. and she prescribed meds.Went home as I was sick to wait for meds at Walgreens. at 151pm I called the prescription hotline and left a message as I wasn't getting my meds.I thought let me call Walmart and you guessed it they had my meds. Called the office again at 358 and talked to the appointment girl and she assured me the script would be sent to Walgreens and everyone was very busy with patients. NO SCRIPT. I called at 537 and the on call said to wait and call back if I didn't get meds. 636 called on call and they said they could only advise and not prescribe...This is unacceptable that I waited all day for antibotic and still don't have it. If you asked me when I arrived for my app. about the information as per the pharmacy why did you just go and do what you wanted anyway sending it to the wrong one....Oh, it is 747 and I still don't have my meds..I LOVE my Dr. but, your office staff needs a complete overhaul...I was in the medical field for 25 years and customer service for 10 hire me and I will fix this incomptience in 3 months. No just let me come in I will do it for free...Update to the next day: called the office and lost it..was told not to yell!!! Script was sent to Walgreens finally..NO not good news now they are not signed SERIOUSLY???
I was sent 2 texts telling me to show up at 9:20 for my apt. When I showed early at 9:10 they told me I should have been there at 8:50 and so they had already cancelled my apt. Receptionist refused to see any problem with that system of theirs and apparently thought I was supposed to guess the right time despite their texts to me. I won't go back, if they can cancel appointments based on their own error then how can I rely on this office meeting my needs?
Dr. Peckumn is fantastic but the administrative staff is HORRID and will waste your time! Tip: ALWAYS ask for hard cover/print out of prescriptions and lab orders because I can't count how many times I've been told a RX or referral had been faxed, only to find out that it never was, once I arrived where ever it was suppose to be sent to. Yesterday I came by to get a print out of a rx and sat around and waited TWENTY minutes only for the front desk lady to tell me that the staff is on lunch.... Seriously, I'm over it now after driving all over the place and wasting hours several times... just ask for a signed print out at every visit if you're getting RX's because they can't seem to get it together.
