Great value added service and prices.Daniel was awesome. Our car keyfob broke and we went to other places got the big run around so we taped it up and went to Doral Locksmith. Not only did Daniel get us the best price but also gave us a emergency lock out key. Will go no where else, ever. Thanks Daniel.

My score would really be zero stars. I called them to open the door of the rental car because the driver had forgotten his key inside the vehicle, they sent me a technician and the owner of the business called Isabel also came, they tried to open the door with a scissors, they forced the lock until they managed to open the door, but they damaged the lock, leaving it unusable, they charged the driver 150 dollars. And when I complained about what happened, they claimed that they were not guilty, I had to ask them for the payment invoice because they did not want to give it to me to proceed with a legal action ... they are incredibly dishonest people

Every time you call this place to inquire about their business hours a lady answers who only speaks Spanish and comes across as slouthful and rude. She interrogates customers like she works for the CIA to determine if the job your requesting as a customer is worth opening or keeping the business open. As such the business is hardly open on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Would I recommend this business ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Stop leaving stickers on all the doors in my facility. These stickers are difficult to take off and end up causing damage to these expensive doors. Every time I take them off, you guys come and put them back on. You can very clearly see we do not want this and you continue to do it. I don't know if you think this is good marketing, but this makes me never want to use you for any locksmith service.

In October I brought a safe door to them to change the combination they charged me $100. In February I installed the door on the safe and after 4-6 times the combination would not open the safe. I called them to inform on the situation and advised they respond to my house. Ounce they arrived they said it would cost me $300 to re do the combination to the safe. The technician that responded even said whomever did the work the first time did it wrong yet the owner of the company would not honor his guarantee. I will never use them again.
