There's no magic bullet for back pain, including decompression. I spent the summer getting regular treatments with limited results. I was promised 60-70% improvement but achieved maybe 20%. Since they aren't covered by insurance, I ended up with a costly bill and not much to show for it. Be wary.

I just want to say I am so happy of making the the decision to come and visit Abundant life Chiropractic, I been suffering of knee pain and low back for years, I have visit many knee and back specialist and they have not helped me much  with the pain. I am a technician and do a lot work on my knees and bending over doing plumbing and electrical work, I also like practice spots like soccer but the knee pain and back was not allowing me to perform my work or play soccer with my grandchildren but thanks the Lord I visit Abundant life Chiropractic , they are changing my life, after 2 weeks of treatment  I started feeling great, I can perform my job and play a little bit with my grandchildren. I kept running across one of the specials Abundant Life was having for new customers and took that as my sign to give it a shot. BEST DECISION! I am an active CrossFit Athlete and put my body through a rigorous training program but often was struggling to reach my potential due to chronic low back pain. I have had low back pain my entire life, and just grew to consider it to be normal. After meeting with Dr Knight and the team at Abundant Life and starting a life changing program of spinal decompression and adjustments, I can say after the first week, I feel like I was gifted a new back. I haven’t had a period of time where I wasn’t in pain until recently and I owe it to this team. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and very personable. Everyone there made me feel incredibly welcomed and they all take the time to make sure I understand the process of what was just adjusted and why. The receptionists are super funny, friendly and overall great to chat with while you wait. If you are considering looking into any type of chiropractic or living with any type of body pain do yourself a HUGE SOLID and check Abundant Life Chiropractic Health out!!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

The staff at Abundant Life is amazing. After a back injury that left me in so much pain I could hardly move they got me back up and working in a weeks time. They continue to answer any questions thoroughly and help me tweak any prescribed exercises as needed. They took great care of me, I’d recommend them to anyone in need of immediate relief or for regular visits for maintenance.

Abundant Life Chiropractic deserves 10 stars! I have been bringing my 4 year old daughter here for a treatment plan to treat chronic migraines. We have seen significant improvement. She has gone from debilitating migraines every week to maybe once a month or every other month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Abundant Life Chiropractic!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Abundant Life!!  I have been coming here since 2020!!!  I have severe scoliosis in my back which causes me a ton of pain!!!  Without the help I get from Abundant Life, I would probably be in a wheelchair!!  Thank You Abundant Life for all you do for me!!!

I didn’t know what to expect when I went in for an evaluation. I had pain in my lower back/hip and wanted to see what they might be able to do to help. I’m in my 40’s and I have a very active five year old girl. The pain was limiting my time and ability to play with her as much as we would like. I didn’t want this to continue or get worse for that matter. After hearing and seeing what they could do to help I decided to go ahead and start the steps needed to get rid of the pain. The process from day one has been very thoroughly explained and reiterated at every appointment. The pain was getting better already after three visits. Halfway through the process I’m almost pain free all of the time. I am happy to say that I am no longer limited to what I can do or for how  long I can do something. My daughter and I would like to thank the team of doctors who have helped me get to this point. Thank you

I'm just getting start had my first Decompression of the spine. The staff is the GREATEST. AND I LOVE THE OFFICE.

Friendly, relatable and knoweledgeable.  Went in for chronic lower back pain, not having a real cause for it like a car or work accident, but concerned there may be a hereditary issue involved.  I really like that they took xrays to see what is specifically wrong or going on with the back/spine, explained how things should be and then had a plan worked out on how to get things back on track.  I am half-way through the treatment plan and making definite progress with less pain.  I very much recommend these folks - they are fabulous to work with!
