If I could give 6 stars, I would. From the minute arrived I could sense the friendly atmosphere, something I haven’t experienced in a medical/dental office in YEARS. The Front Desk personnel were lovely, and everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous. My Dental Assistant was one of the best, and I know because I did the same work for years myself. She focused on my comfort and even noticed when my lips got dry and put on some petroleum jelly for me! Dr. Le, we’ll I can’t say enough good things. He was competent, caring and gentle. I barely felt the injections to numb my tooth. This office has a GREAT team and they will work with you if you need payment arrangements. Run, don’t walk to make this your new dentist! I highly recommend.
Words aren’t enough to describe my experience and interaction with the Dentists Dr. Simon and Dr. Le and the other clinicians Jenna, Jackie, Shanika, Tammy, Niko and the front office with Shannan, Chris, Erika and Denise has been none other than the most professional, comfortable, joyful and painless. I’ve had a very extensive surgical procedure with my entire upper and lower arch replacement done over the past 2 years and would also mention I chose this group and facility after 8 months of research as I’m myself a physician and come all the way from Long Island New York. Driving every mile is worth it. Anything for dental health and specially when I intelligently choose the best. I would recommend Dr. Oh and Dr. Le without batting an eyelid which I also do to my friends n family and my own patients. Thanks all at AC Dental. Kudos!!
I would give 10 stars if I could. I went in not sure how they could help me, Dr Oh and the staff were absolutely amazing. I was quickly scheduled for my procedure, went in with a terrible smile and left with a gorgeous one. One day … it was amazing! Note … they are busy, give them extra time for consultation appointments. A practice this busy is a good thing in my opinion!!
The staff is amazing! Jenna is always so attentive, sweet & has amazing work ethic. The front desk is always trying to help you with your appointment and very understanding. Love to come here for my follow ups
Update: After I left this review, I received a call from Dr Le to discuss what was going on with my appointments. We did schedule my final install appointment for that Friday 10/7/22. While at the office we had an extensive conversation on why my appointments were being rescheduled & why the lab was having issues completing my sets on time. We also discussed what should be done in the future if they had this issue with other patients. I really hope they take my advise and just be upfront with future patients because they really are good at what they do. I have added a star because of this but cannot give additional because of what I did go through. 9/30/22: Let me begin by saying that Dr Oh is amazing. I was very impressed with him on my first visit. That is why I gave them two stars. The office was very quick to schedule my surgery and take my 30k+. All downhill from there. Every appointment I've had from that point on has either been cancelled, tried to be cancelled, or the time needed to be moved. Yesterday I received a call at 5:55pm telling me that they need to change my appointment for today. Of course they close at 5pm so I had to wait until this morning because I missed the call last night to call them back. They tell me that the lab needed more time to complete my set. It seems really funning that this is the same excuse they used when they cancelled my appointment for my temp set. Today's appointment was set a month ago so you would think that they would make sure they received everything from the lab BEFORE the day before my appointment. The staff is very apologetic but that doesn't change the fact that people have to take time off work or change their scheduling to make these appointments because again their hours are only until 5pm Monday through Friday. No evening or weekend hours. I have not rescheduled my appointment yet because I'm not sure what I'm going to do about this situation. Be very aware when you make the decision to have work done from them that this could happen to you.
Would give more stars if I could. Everyone at this office was so nice and really took the time to explain everything. I found out I needed a ton more work than I thought and was overwhelmed by the news. Dr. Drury and Robin took the time to explain every detail and calm my nerves. These guys are the best. The dentist really scares me but they made me feel alot more comfortable than I have at previous offices.
I’m a person who had very bad experiences to the point I stop going. I found Ac Dental of Langhorne through my insurance company and thought I would try again. I was so nervous I almost left, one of the dentist Jer saw me and could tell how I was feeling. He came too me and sat with until the dentist I was there to see could help me. They made me feel so at home and welcome. That I chose them to do the work . I’m so happy I did now I smile all the time I even like to take pictures now. So I make it known to everyone if you need a Dentist they are the place to go . Thank you AC dental you clearly made a difference in my life. Sincerely Marie Mccabe
Their new office is about to open and I just took a look at it as they’re getting it all ready for patients. The place is absolutely beautiful and it now matches these doctors amazing abilities with all new state of the art equipment. I can already tell you that every patient and anyone that comes along is going to be very comfortable here. The atmosphere they’ve created with private rooms for family when waiting on a surgery to be completed Just Perfect. Not to mention the staff which is always so welcoming and willing to help with a smile. Dr. OH, Dr. Le and Dr. Jacobs along with their amazing Team full of superstars like Lead Surgical Assistant Jackie , Hygienist Jenna plus Shannon / Tammy and Denise will change your life forever when you come walking out with your brand new smile I promise you that!!! Wish you all the best of luck in the new Office!!!!
I Was very sceptical as I felt this office was very un -organized and not very professional about my concerns. As of today I am 7 day post surgery and struggling very much with my procedure. I have a lot of swelling and bruising. I had full mouth restoration. I am hopeful that after I heal this will be a successful procedure. Most of the staff is very friendly, however, some others not so much. I will update my post as I progress through this journey.
A friend recommended me for I this office overall I love the dentist and staff… I am upset with the billing dept.I called numerous times about my bill wanted to make sure I was not in the rears… they never called me back … I had a visit with Dr Li and was able to touch base with billing still had no answers for me … when I would call I never received a call back … they would say they would but never did… they finally told me when I was there for a visit that I was all payed up between the insurance company and my payments I would break even and maybe I overpaid and they might owe me money … I was happy we resolved this issue that took months… so I had a visit with Dr.Li and I thought my appt was 11:30 but it was really at 1:30 they worked me in so I would not have to leave and come back … which I appreciated…. I am sitting in my chair and a young girl comes back and says you still owe money … I was dumbfounded… we are talking a couple thousand … so I tell her this has to be a mistake and she assured me it wasn’t… so I said if this is true they will work with me and she said that I would not get my implant until this was paid… I was really upset…. Then I asked her for a copy and she said she would give me one but it never happen … I thought it was ironic that this girl I have never seen comes back and tell me… I find out she is new … I am not upset with her …I am upset with the lady I have been dealing with re:billing issues sent her back and did not. come back and speak with me … I asked for copies of all the activity since I became a patient in January and she said cannot make copies like she used …she would call the new co. That they deal with and it would take 7 to 14 days for me to receive the paperwork via mail… when I was talking with her she told me she left a message with me re: my appt and that I could come in at noon because Dr Li had a cancellation and then tells me the money that I owed… I am upset that they called me back regarding the monies I owed but then they tell me in my voice mail …. But i never received a call back when I was calling to make sure I was not in the rear’s… this experience was not pleasant … now I am in the process of putting pieces together … I am overwhelmed and stressed
