Worst banking experience, I've been with them for 3 years. Everything constantly stops workingepically there atm machines they always act like it's your fault there stuff is broken and I've been late on bills multiple times because they refuse to help me if it's getting close to closing time even when it has nothing to do with me that there stuff don't work. They do not contact there customers when they are about to upgrade or change things in the system, I've tried multiple times to be nice, but over half of them really don't even know what they are talking about. I highly suggest you bank somewhere else. I wish there was a negative amount of starts i could give them.

Made a deposit for a large amount and they decided to keep it for two weeks and to not clear it until it was convenient for them. I have banked here for ten years and corporate told me they were to busy to check and see if the funds were good. I hope its worth it! Because im switching banks.
I had the most amazing service yesterday I got the most beautiful hombre done by Ryan. Today I accidentally broke one and I got in there he fix it and it looks freaking amazing I suggest everybody go there they are the nicest and the best nail techs in the area
35 minutes waiting in line as the next customer to be served? How about one line for new accounts and problems with your account and two more for regular transactions. Maybe a new bank will be faster. I'm about done with this place and I've been an Academy Bank customer for over 15 years.
