So let me give you skinny on this place. I have been a customer here. So i know this place very well. Including the on site Manager Kerri whom I've known for more than ten years. So all im about to write is from personal experiences. Lets jump in. So, first off you are always greeted with a warm smile, friendly and caring service. I have been in the office many times and just loved the way all tenants are treated almost like good friends catching up. Makes my day everytime. The grounds are immaculately clean starting from the moment you drive up all the way through and through. It is completely gated and security cameras abound to keep things safe and secure. They offer a variety of unit sizes to meet your needs, and as you can see all the spaces are clean as well. Thier prices are competitive and reasonable. They offer U Haul rentals and you can purchase boxes and things you might need for packing up your stuff. It's just minutes from all areas of town and easy to get to. What's sets this place apart is the customer service and friendly atmosphere that starts from the moment you walk through the door. I would and do highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent a storage unit. All in all i give them
I definitely give this olace a 5 star or more. What i like about it is the friendly people its always clean. You just feel safe there when unloading or loading your things. So with that you know your items are safe there at night also. I would not storage my stuff any other place. Thank you for the great service please keep the good work up.
Management is always very helpful, The facility is always clean and well lit. Every storage unit has its own personal alarm and it’s well gated. Very happy with my rental here.
Manager on site has the best customer service and is very friendly with her customers. They always make sure we as customers are always tooken care of. I will highly recommend to family & friends. The best prices in town !
Academy South Mini Storage is hands down the best in the biz!! I have used alot of different places over the years and honestly, the other spots just don't compare! The office staff is helpful and knowledgable! The grounds are always kept tip top IMHO: Secure, never any trash or spills anywhere, lighting is excellent, fencing is strong and definitely deters trespassers. The rollup doors go up & down true with little effort. All in all, Academy South Mini Storage is a 5-Star establishment no doubt!
Overall I like using it. But they don't answering phones in a timely manner. I am always put on hold or they hang up on me. I wonder why it's difficult for them to take my money. Maybe they don't want me to pay. My calls always go to voicemail.
Kerri is FANTASTIC, she is always very professional, helpful, and courteous. Kerri is GREAT to work with and always has a Positive Attitude, and greets you with a smile. The entire staff is Great. The facility is always Extremely Clean and well Secured. I've been a renter there for several years and never had any problems with my unit and/or management and staff. If you want a Great place for storage, this is the BEST Place, and you will always have INCREDIBLE service from Kerri and staff.
I have now stored my camping trailer and boat for over 5 years. It's clean, secure and staff is excellent. I will not store anywhere else in town.
The staff, management is always very nice, helpful, and courteous. Easy to work with and always with a smile of course. Overall... great customer service. Leaving me always with a great experience. I've been a renter there for several years and never had any problems with my unit and/or management and staff.
Was just in there today to return a uhaul truck the other uhaul dealer sent us too from his place to return. Apparently this location hasn't had trucks returned there in like 8 months. BUT.... The young lady from In the office, I believe her name was Kerri was fantastic!!! She came out after hearing our problem and made a call to check if we could leave the vehicle there. Success!!! She was wonderful and very apologetic and understanding. Went out of her way to help us with our problem. GREAT customer service and thank you too Martin for your help as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE people like this that are willing to do what they can to help someone if possible. Kerri, you deserve a raise, thank you so much for the help today... You made our day!!!
