Acadiana Clinical Pharmacist Services ( ACPS) is dedicated to the advancement of
professional clinical pharmacy practice by providing excellence in clinical
medication review, management and development of pharmaceutical care plans
for the elderly, developmentally disabled and others in various health care
settings throughout the United States.
ACPS strives to enhance the quality of life and avoid adverse life threatening
events of drug therapy for the individuals served.
Advancement of these goals is also accomplished by our pharmacist serving as a
preceptor in the education of PharmD candidates of the Louisiana colleges of
pharmacy, pharmacy technicians enrolled at University of Louisiana at
Lafayette, and consultation to physicians obtaining a geriatric fellowship
through Louisiana State University HSC.
