Established methods of psychotherapy such as talk therapy, medication management, and even other methods that are taught in anxiety clinics and anger management programs, teach the client how to best manage their condition with the expectation that they will have to deal with it for the rest of their lives by "managing" it with medication and/or other methods to relieve it when it arises. What kind of quality of life is that to expect for the rest of your life? You don't have to settle!
The methods that I use let you release any or all of these conditions FOREVER! How do I know? Because I had unresolved rage that I took out on the world and those around me. I went through my periods of depression and high anxiety. I went through my period of having to use drugs and alcohol to medicate my pain. I also went through 10 years of my own (talk) therapy in my early adulthood and walked out of that therapy with as much rage as I walked in with because you don't resolve rage issues in therapy. You never get to these iissues because it's too threatening to the client and too threatening for the vast majority of therapists.
To get me out of all of these conditions, I investigated other methods of treatment that were far more effective in releasing chronic anxiety, and excess anger/rage.
