Ruth U. Fertel/Tulane Community Health Center located at 711 N. Broad Street in New Orleans is a member of the Access Health Louisiana Network and serves as a Federally Qualified Health Center.
We provide pediatric services for ages 0-18 including: well-child and sick visits, immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, school and sports physicals and behavioral health services.
Our site also provides an array of adult services, including: primary care, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, behavioral health, health education and care management.
Ruth U. Fertel/Tulane Community Health Center accepts: Medicaid (Bayou Health), Medicare, commercial insurance, and offers fees on a sliding scale based upon income and household size for the uninsured.
