Access the Law is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality legal services for working, low income families and individuals who may not qualify for legal aid due to income or legal conflict and who otherwise would be unable to obtain legal counsel.
At Access the Law, our clients come first. Every client is treated with respect and courtesy and is guaranteed effective representation regardless of their financial means. We are dedicated to providing well reasoned advice and assistance with domestic relations matters (divorce, custody, support, modifications, etc.), bankruptcy, debtor / creditor matters, and landlord / tenant issues.
Access provides modest means payment plans utilizing a sliding scale fee structure.
Access is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for every client and representing the underserved people in our community.
