Unfortunately myself and many others I referred had a very negative experience working with this firm. The worst part is They refuse to give accounting records back to customers 3 different referrals I sent them they refuse to give records back. Very unprofessional. Also, you will have to hire someone else to watch every accounting move they make, they make sooo many mistakes. They will tell you they can do a lot of task that they simply are not good at. Stay far far far away from this firm!
Lauryn is amazing. She's really helped shape my business over the last 3 years. Above and beyond any accountant I've worked with previously!
Not to be used for more complex tax preparation. Failed to properly prepare our taxes and cost us penalties and interest. Do not use this firm/Lauryn if you have multiple states, as they do not confirm electronic filings and then are casual about "perhaps there was an error." Worst of all they do not stand by their work and when, as a customer, you get frustrated with aloof responses she blows you off with "best of luck to you." Quite unprofessional and her team shares the culture. Please do your due diligence!
