We at Accountable Healthcare Staffing provide registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs)—and nurses' aides (NAs). Our RNs, LPNs and CNAs are licensed by the State in which they are employed. Our RNs assess patient needs, develop patient care plans, and administer medications and treatments. Our LPNs carry out specified nursing duties under the direction of RNs. Our Nurses' aides carry out nonspecialized duties and personal care activities. Our RNs, LPNs, and nurses' aides all provide direct patient care to assist our client facilities in surpassing their patient care goals.
